ホテル オデオン サンジェルマン(Hotel Odeon Saint-Germain)

Odeon は、サンジェルマン大通り、オデオン、リュクサンブール宮殿、サン シュルピスからすぐの左岸の中心部に位置し、とても快適な滞在先です。近くには素晴らしいレストラン、ショップ、ギャラリーがたくさんあります。部屋はアメリカの基準からすると少し小さいですが、快適で、設備も整っています。スタッフはフレンドリーで親切です。

この素敵なホテルは多くの条件を満たしており、魅力、温かさ、親しみやすさがにじみ出ています。私は一人旅に最適で、とても快適で静かなシングルルームを滞在に選びました。バスルームに問題があり、スタッフは非常に専門的に対処し、残りの滞在中はより広い部屋にとても親切に移動してくれました。最高のサービスを提供してくれたスタッフに感謝します。とても楽しい経験ができたので、また滞在したいと思っています。

1. 私は市と一泊分の料金を二重に請求されましたが、********** の介入にもかかわらず、市は私への払い戻しを拒否しました。 ********** はこの状況にうまく対処し、補償として将来使用できるクーポンをくれました。 2. 最初の夜、カーテンロッドとカーテンが落ちました。フロントに報告したところ、直ったとのことでした。チェックアウトの朝、また落ちてきて、頭にぶつかり、眼鏡が壊れてしまいました。幸いなことに私は頭が硬いです。チェックアウトの際、マネージャーはこれ以上ないほど興味を持っていました（彼は私に眼鏡屋を見つけるように勧めました。復活祭の日曜日に）。残りの旅行ではサングラスは不要です。このホテルには満足していません。

ホテルは素敵でした。朝食は十分でした。私たちのベッドは快適でした。シャワーの水圧は良好でした。便座が壊れ、蓋が外れ、部品が便蓋の上に乗っていた。

非常に良い場所にありますが、私たちの部屋は小さくて時代遅れでした。

The picture shown here on the main page does not resemble the room we received. We arrived at the hotel in the evening, it was dark inside and outside. The receptionist escorted us to our room on the second floor, we went up the stairs to the first floor and from there we squeezed into the most crowded elevator in the universe to go up one floor.. Of course we didn't use it anymore and always went up on foot. The room is small,bathroom is small , crowded, dark, carpets, heavy curtains... Those who are allergic or looking for modern and pleasant design is not the place for them (like me). In the morning the small lobby turns into a dining room, a nice little breakfast. And the biggest advantage is the fantastic location of the hotel. Close to the Luxembourg Gardens, St. Germain Street in the center of the Latin Quarter.. but in my opinion not a 4 star hotel at all. There is no coffee machine or bottle of water in the room.. there is barely room for one suitcase. A really small closet. The hotel has only 25 rooms. And on the last day we had to take the luggage down the stairs ourselves. We chose this hotel based on recommendations we saw about the hotel and the high rating of the reviews, but unfortunately I cannot recommend the hotel except for the great location

I won’t recommend this hotel at all. For the price paid, almost 330 EUR per night, it’s not a 4 star hotel. The rooms are one of the smallest I have ever seen, we have been assigned a room where at 30C degrees outside, there was no air conditioning working. In summer. (We learned later at the check-In other guests had the same trouble in other rooms). After my complain, the reception guy told us they also gave us an upgrade. Thanks ! But we can not sleep in a room in summer with no working air conditioning. They told us to check another room which was exactly with no air condition and even smaller. The third room assigned, after almost 4 hours, finally was working. The room are quite dark and small as I said. We staid 3 nights and the sleepers we used given from another hotel were white and become black. Imagine the cleanness of the floors in the rooms… The breakfast is an insult. Cornflakes (1 TYPE ONLY) in small packed mini boxes. 1 bowl of fruit. (go early or it will end soon.) Eggs only boiled by yourself. I asked for scrambled eggs and they told me I had to pay an extra to get them….(WE ARE TALKING ABOUT A 4 STAR HOTEL WHICH COSTS 330 EUR PER NIGHT…) 1 coffe. Croissants empties. BREAD, SOME MARMELADE , Yogurt. That’s it. Tables so small you have to use the chairs nearby to put the cornflakes packages and the empty plates cause NONE will ever come to ask for anything. They won't assist you. We had to leave early on the last day and we asked if we could have a bag from the breakfast we paid anyway. The result: two MINI croissants for me and my partner, wrapped in a paper towel. Embarassing. Go somewhere else !

This is a sweet hotel in the middle of St. Germaine. The room size is typical of most Paris hotels. But they utilize the space perfectly. Staff is top notch. I felt safe and secure which is what I needed most.
