オテル ティルド(Hotel Tilde)

We spent a few days at this hotel which were truly a disaster. First of all, once we arrived at the hotel we were sent towards the car park with unclear directions, without anyone to accompany us and then once we arrived at the car park here was the first disaster. A car park that was not guarded at all, always open, in very poor condition, narrow for a slightly larger car, with the presence of people doing suspicious activities inside, with a terrible smell of pee, and they hadn't warned us that it wasn't even there. the elevator and then we had to climb the suitcases and the baby's stroller by hand up the narrow and slippery stairs, which were also all dirty with pee. (photos of the condition of the parking lot are attached) Then, once we finally arrived at the hotel, my 3 year old son accidentally spilled some water, wetting the bed, and despite several calls made to the reception, nothing was done, even though we were told that they would solve the problem, but we had to sleep in wet bed. To top it off, at check-in we were told and confirmed that our reservation was until day 24, that everything was paid for and that we had to leave the hotel on Saturday morning and so we had organized ourselves accordingly. On the morning of the 23rd, with much rudeness and arrogance they told us that the mistake was ours and that we had to leave the hotel immediately without even trying to find a solution, when the mistake was theirs alone, and the worst thing was who didn't even want to admit it, telling a completely different story and lying. The girl at the reception was uniquely rude, and instead of trying to find a solution for some customers, due to their mistake, they did everything to throw us out. Truly incompetent, like all their front desk staff who made this mistake. I don't wish anyone to find themselves in a similar situation. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL, NOTHING POSITIVE, DISASTROUS, INCOMPETENT AND LIARING STAFF.

The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the AC in the summer. The staff were lovely, the wifi worked well, and the personal note and macarons were a fun perk. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs because we could hear the trains (it is not jarring) from our room which makes sense since you are near two huge train stations. Conveniently close to metro and bus stops. Would definitely return-great prices!

This place was absolutely amazing. It is definitely true what people say about the size of rooms in this hotel (TINY), but you are in the middle of Paris! I personally did not spend much time in the room. Other than the fact that the room was small, it was clean, modern, the air conditioning work, and the location really can't be beat. We fortunately had folding bicycles to get around town, and everything we wanted to see was around a 20 minute ride away. If you want to take the Metro, it is right outside of the hotel. The parking that they offered outside of the hotel was extremely close and affordable. The hotel on paper may only be two or three stars, but they definitely provide a five star experience.

Nice hotel, you get what you pay for. Rooms are comfortable. Located near metro and velibstations and a 2 min walk from the bassin Villette. Lovely place to hang out in the summer. But what really makes hotel Tilde special is the staff. Friendly and always ready to help or advise.

Super petit hôtel dans le 19ème arrondissement ! Il est très bien situé, l'équipe est top et disponible, les services sont optimisés pour répondre aux besoins de Paris. La déco est mignonne et l'endroit est cosy. La situation et le prix font de cet hotel parisien, une vraie bonne adresse.

L'hôtel est très bien. Pas bruyant, propre et les chambres sont assez spacieuses. Le personnel est très sympa et disponible 24h/24. Nous avions un spectacle au Zénith La Villette, l'emplacement de l'hôtel Tilde était parfait pour tout faire à pied. Je recommande.
