除了離埃菲爾鐵塔近一點 離地鐵8號線近一點 其他沒有優點 我一個人 訂的是雙人房大床的 房間非常小 洗澡的地方根本小到無法動彈 沒有放洗浴東西的擱架 長髮女孩就不要洗頭了 窗簾不遮太陽 暖氣不夠熱 法國人挺能嘮嗑的 前台電話就沒停過 一張地圖 要了3天 還是沒有 打死我也不住了！ 那個推薦説好的人 你給我出來 保證不打你

這個性價比不高。感覺自己到達目的地後定酒店性價比更高

不是人住的

No a/c. Windows open to a filthy rooftop. Shower has a piece of glass that keeps the water in but moves and is dangerous. They are not generous with towels. The lift is big enough for 1-2 people only. I wouldn't stay here again.

This is the worst hotel, we checked out after 4 hours what was supposed to be a 4 day stay. The hotel staff has no where to store bags before check in so they pointed to an open area of the floor to leave there from 9am. They declined to call us if the room would be ready earlier. The rooms are tiny, beds stiff, no AC, had no extra doonas, no soap, no mini bar / fridge, limited PowerPoints….would not recommend to anyone. After 4 hours we checked out at 8pm to stay somewhere else. With plenty of notice and politely letting manager know we were leaving and hoping to be refunded for the three other days or at least part refund, we were told “send an email”. To which we did and 48 hours later finally responded after follow ups and said cannot be done. Horrible service.

The room was small and not much storage or shelving facilities. The conversation from the adjoining room could be easily heard. Although the room was cleaned daily, the amenities like toilet paper and soap were not replaced - not easy when staying for multiple days. I find it quite expensive when all that is offered is the basic necessities. I found this place on the internet and made a reservation based on its location. At an average of 250 euros per night (breakfast is extra), it is expensive. Incidentally, before we even arrived, there a couple of attempts to charge us. I am not sure if it is the hotel itself or some third party. On the plus side, there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel.

Horrible experience, Sharaf i believe was his name, on my request said that he is too busy to do it right now and will look it up once he is free???? the most rude answer i have ever received in my all hotels` visits . Stuff should be trained better to catch up with a standards of customer service

Although, the Eiffel Tower was less than a ten min walk, the hotel is not worth the stay. I booked this place for the price value and the convenience. The room I was given was small enough for a solo traveler, but thats about it. The bed was the worst part of it all. Seems like the mattress was old due to the huge indent in the middle, not to mention it was hard as rock. My door that lead to the hallway was paper thin since I heard someone throwing up all morning when I woke up the next day. After my checkout, the girl at the front assured me my refund for my deposit would be put back into my account. I called the hotel three weeks later to tell them I had not received such a thing. I was told to call my bank and was hung up on. For a place as international as Paris, I would hope the service would be top notch and professional. In the end, I had to call my bank and they were able to give me back the deposit of more than $100 for a hotel that was more like a cheap motel.

I believed I had done due diligence on the Covid 19 regulations before booking air and hotels. The day before my departure to Paris I noticed the requirement to apply for the French Health Pass 3 weeks in advance. I'm fully vaccinated and thought that was all that was needed was my vaccine card. I was packed and ready for the next day's departure. I was in disbelief, that I missed the 2 sentences at the bottom of the USA Consulate Advisory on France. I had booked a non-refundable room with Hotel Eiffel Kensington and immediately contacted them by email detailing what happened requesting a credit for a near future stay. They declined my plea and it looks like I lost 374.78 Euros. I take responsibility for my not catching the French Health Pass detail, but to refuse me a credit for a future stay is heartless on the part of Hotel Eiffel Kensington. I do not recommend them, and when I do receive the French Health Pass, I will not stay at their property.
