パークシティ - キャニオンズビレッジのシルバラドロッジ(Silverado Lodge by Park City - Canyons Village)

Our family of 4 greatly enjoyed our week long stay at Silverado Lodge in Canyons Village, Park City. We had our 7 and 12 year old with us and we skied everyday we were there. The location was convenient to the mountain. We took the free shuttle to the top of the Cabriolet each day rather than walk since it is a bit of an uphill walk. Without the kids we probably would've just walked but the shuttle was an easy and nice method of transportation. Our 2 bedroom, 3 full bathroom unit was newly remodeled and perfect for us. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc which was great as we cooked and ate in most nights. We had a nice patio with furniture we sat on daily and took in the views! The pool and hot tub were always open and the front desk staff were friendly and available when we needed something. There isn't any daily housekeeping but you can schedule it and pay an extra fee to have your room cleaned. We didn't need to and only called front desk when we needed more toilet paper, towel service and trash pickup. The only signs of construction we saw was some exposed ceiling sections but it wasn't bothersome and we never heard any construction noise. We also valeted our skis each day inside the front lobby and each morning they'd already be waiting outside for us to grab just before hopping on the shuttle. There was underground garage parking at the lodge as well. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would stay at the Silverado Lodge again!

We stayed here a a couple for four nights in January. The room was just what we expected for a "studio." The room was recently remodeled and had a full kitchen, a comfy new couch, and a pull down murphy bed. For two it was perfect. There is NOT a lot of closet space, but that was OK with us. Also, we were not skiing and so we did not have to store skis. The location is great. It is about a 6-8 minute walk up the hill past the WestGate resort to the main Canyons Village. Easy walk. There is also a bus that comes every 15 minutes. Easy free buses take you to Park City and Deer Valley. There are not a lot of bells and whistles with Silverado Lodge, but the employees were really nice and the front desk is open all the time. They are still doing some renovations when we stayed. Some tiles were out of the ceiling, and we had no hot water one day for a few hours, but they quickly fixed it...and then refunded our resort fee to compensate for it. This place was perfect for us.

We were disappointed with our stay at Silverado Lodge. The price is right, but beyond that we suffered from too many issues to recommend this location. The hotel is going through a renovation and I would say that it was handled relatively well and didn't bother us. The first issue was the hot tub. On our first evening at the hotel we were attempting to use the hot tub when they closed it early to clean the system. I'm not sure why this needed to be done during the hot tubs open hours so that was quite frustrating. Perhaps the most frustrating incidents revolved around the elevators. One of the two elevators was closed the entire week of our stay. This would have been alright had the other elevator not broken down three separate days during our stay. My partner has type 1 diabetes and valid concerns about climbing 5 flights of stairs with low blood sugar. When we voiced these concerns to Josh Scheetz the property manager we got shrugged off and felt completely ignored. This was a clear ADA violation and quite upsetting. Thankfully the elevator was fixed within a few hours of each incident but on many occasions we were forced to use the stairs. The room was well apportioned but the temperature control was frustrating. Even with the climate control off the rooms seemed to get quite warm and required us to open windows to cool down. Overall the stay was adequate but very frustrating.

Excellent hotel. Beautiful rooms and very convenient for walking or taking shuttles to nearby activities - skiing, dining, shopping, etc. Even with the current construction, we found it to be very quiet.

Well reading other reviews, they all were correct. It is under construction. Drywall dust it common areas. No fitness center or sauna open. Price was good for the area, I'm guessing because of the construction. Our room was very nice, no complaints. 2 full baths. One in bedroom with shower other with tub. Full kitchen. The only complaint would be there were no dressers. So you either hang everything up or live out of suit cases. It wasn't to bad for 2 people. But if you have more people it would be very full. During ski season. With all the extra ski clothes. There is a washer and dryer in the room too. Only ice machine was not working either. The transport system has three different ways to travel around the area. But our lobby person was new and told us he didn't know much, which was true. No maps of area or other info on how to get around. Very poor customer relationship. We lost power one night, (the whole area).the doors had no battery back up. Luckily were were in our room. My wife went down to lobby. There were numerous people in lobby, that couldn't get into their room or get into or out of the basement garage. Attendent couldnt be found. They were stuck for 3 hours until power came back on. Only thing generator was good for was hallway lights. Lobby attendant had no clue what to do. The attendant also leaves at 11pm. So no one around if you have any questions. Only one elevator working, so you went up and down with constructiontion workers during the day. They had paint trays full of paint etc. I would say the male attendants in Lobby were very underground and only placed there so buisness would have someone there. When I asked , the said they only have one person working days and afts. Manager stays at another resort. But they never showed up for the power outage. Very poorly run resort. Hallway cielings have wires hanging down no cieling tiles. They should stay closed until the work is done. And bring the qualified employees from other resorts. Over all nice room but that's the best I can say. Lobby had no furniture until the day we were leaving the started bringing in some.

Remodeled Very spacious & comfortable rooms. Great location Friendly staff. Will stay again

One of the best condos we have rented! Our 1 bedroom unit had two full baths. The kitchen was fully stocked with large appliances. 2 TVs. The bedroom had a mini fridge and coffee setup. Ski storage was free with a valet. The Wi-Fi was great and continuous. The shuttles were amazing. Ran from early in the morning until very late at night. We took the shuttle down to Cabriolet gondola to avoid the steps up to the Red Pine gondola. We skied back to the condo at the end of the day by skiing past the Orange Bubble lift down to near the ski patrol clinic. You end up just across the street from Silverado. The hot tub was great and folks swam in the heated pool. The housekeeping staff responded immediately when anything was needed. Parking underneath was free and fantastic with easy access to elevators with carts. We cooked in the condo with ease. No problem with heat or AC. 2 humidifiers worked great! Great value if you book early through Epic/Park City. Reasonable price when compared to nearby condos.

We had a great stay at Silverado Lodge, although under construction, we were lucky to meet exceptional staff at this location. Veronica made our stay enjoyable, even before we arrived to Park City, she sent us links to activities and handled all our phone calls with questions about the hotel. It was a delight getting to know her as she was very welcoming and attentive to our needs, we are very impressed with the customer service at this hotel. Thank you.

Very comfortable rooms and exceptional customer service. We enjoyed our stay and an incredible concert night, the hotel is located within walking distance to the mountain gondola where we enjoyed an amazing view of the resort.
