Swamp Rabbit Gateway | Walk to SRT and 7 min drive to Downtown

Super clean property close to Swamp Rabbit Enjoyed the access to the swamp rabbit trail with the dogs. House has been renovated incredibly well and it is super clean!

Overnight stay Just a quick overnight stay. Was comfortable enough except we didn’t realize the heat was running instead of the AC and it was too warm and smelled mildewy. The master bath needs a clean fresh shower curtain liner as this one was moldy. Otherwise clean and comfy.

Clean, convenient location We had a great stay at this property! It was conveniently located to everything we were doing over the weekend. Very clean and comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen.

Some Problems To start with, the property is not in a great neighborhood and there is a pit bull across the street that was not happy to see us and let us know so every time we came in our out. I am very glad his leash did not break! We had some issues with cockroaches and left a day early. Instead of apologizing or offering a partial refund (the owner said he was sorry we felt the need to leave early, but I don't count that as an apology) the owner said he had wished we had told him of the problem at the fist sign of the cockroach and that he had the house treated quarterly. I felt blamed. I thought the first one we saw was a fluke - silly me. I think he needs to treat the house more often.

Amazing This is a great hidden gem! Probably the cleanest most organized and well stocked home I have stayed in. Highly recommend

Great stay in Greenville! The house was perfect for my family of 4 with 2 kids (ages 6 and 8). The host was extremely responsive to questions that I had, and the house was well stocked for what we needed. The proximity to the Swamp Rabbit trail and Grocery/ Cafe was definitely a plus!
