立地も良く、部屋も全体的に値段の割に良かったです。プールも素晴らしく、ベッドもたくさんあり、バーもありました。部屋の改装をおすすめします。

普段はレビューを書かないのですが、このホテルは見た目ほどきれいではないことを皆さんに知ってもらいたいです。スタッフは素敵で、ベッドはとても快適でした。残念ながら、それだけです。ホテルは高すぎるし、プールエリアは汚い。プールサイドのソファのクッションを持ち上げると汚れていた。プールの水は濁っていた。ラウンジャーは壊れていて、硬いプラスチックのものは非常に不快だった。ベッドの交換を頼まなければならなかったが、まだ行われていなかった。シャワーは掃除されていなかった。これらのことをマネージャーに伝えたとき、彼は42部屋を3人の清掃員で掃除していると言うことしかできなかった。 🤦‍♀️ シャワーが温まるまで何時間も待たなければならなかった。それもほんの少しだけ。シャワーのドアは壊れていた。片方のドアしか付いていない。明らかにお金をかける必要がある。レビューでは素晴らしいと書かれているが、決してそうではない。高すぎる低予算のホテルだ。

Unfortunately when we arrived we were put in one of their “comfort rooms”. Do not book one of these rooms. You must book standard or classic. The comfort rooms are below floor level, basically basement, and are awful! Dark, basically cardboard for mattresses, dirty and just horrid. We found a pair of boxers in the corner of the room that were not ours so clearly not cleaned properly!! 2 out of 3 staff members were rude when we complained that we were in the wrong room and refused to move us . One lovely lady eventually found the room we had actually booked and moved us after the first night. She was super helpful but the other 2 were not. Breakfast was poor, we didn’t eat breakfast there once. Pool area good and location of the hotel very good, just be careful which room you book and don’t expect anything special. Thank you to the lady who helped us whilst we were there.

Perfect for a lovely relaxing stay. Great location , the breakfast was ok. Room was nice and clean and staff were friendly. The season just was just starting out so not all fully open but we didnt mind as it made it nice and peaceful. Would definitely visit again.
