Great choice for relaxation after multiple location holiday We loved this hotel. End of our Greek holiday, we were looking for total relaxation and that is exactly what we got with the pool virtually for our sole use most of the time. All the staff were kind and helped us with all our requests, looking after us well. Mary-Angela provided a wonderful service at breakfast; slightly limited, but more than enough for our requirements. As breakfast is an optional extra, I fully understand why choices would be limited; all our other Greek hotels on this holiday included breakfast, so it was probably easier to cater when you know the volume of customers. We had chosen a deluxe double room with balcony and sea view. Vangelis had thoughtfully put us nearest to reception/bar/breakfast area where there was a wheelchair ramp. The room had everything we needed. Only on one level, the sea was viewable but across the road There was a supermarket within easy walking distance for me, although the busy road was a bit of a challenge as there were no pavements. Additionally, there was a pastry shop even closer which was brilliant, although the savoury selection was quickly exhausted and only available in the morning. The town itself is about 15-mins walking, but a number of slopes precluded me pushing my wife; local taxis easily available for a one way €10 cost.

My wife and I have been visiting Greek islands since 1992 and are constantly looking for places that match our first experiences - old style Greece and friendly staff / locals. Paros meets that criteria in many ways and this hotel is a big part of that. The staff were absolutely great and could not have been more helpful - they played a big part in making this a lovely holiday. The hotel is a little 'tired' but to be fair there was a lot of painting etc going on as it was still very early season. Our room had everything we needed but referring back to 'old school' the shower was a simple cubicle with a hand held shower - something that we are quite used to but we see less and less now. The fact that Naoussa is within walking distance is a huge positive as parking in the town is a nightmare. There are some excellent restaurants, tavernas and bars - especially those in the winding alleyways and around the port. However, Paros is beautiful but having illusions of grandeur and trying to be like Mykonos - which is too expensive. For example two sunbeds and an umbrella on some of the lovely beaches was 50 Euros..! All in all a great holiday on a lovely island in an old school Greek hotel that looked after us very well.
