まず、ここはシェルレジデンスではありません。オーナーが間違って投稿しています。 2番目に、部屋の清潔さは悪く、誰もユニットを掃除していません（底にタバコの灰の写真を残しました） 3番目に、チェックインの対応がものすごく遅いです（旅行マネージャーの勧めに従って別の宿泊施設に変更するつもりでした） 4番目に、デポジットシステムがあります（悪くないという意味ですが、最近ここに滞在した人は1時間後に返金されました）。そのため、通常のチェックアウト時間よりも早くチェックアウトしようとしました。

場所はきれいですが、エージェントに問題がありました。Shell レジデンスでチェックインするはずでしたが、到着するとすぐにショアに移動されました。荷物を持って歩かなければならなかったので不便でした。最後に、保証金の請求に時間がかかりすぎました。チェックアウト時にエージェントが対応してくれるまで 1 時間かかりました。昼食が遅くなり、時間を無駄にしました。

The owner or agent is hard to communicate, there are changes on the actual booking during the date of checkin, they transferred the client on other condo. They have poor customer service, they are inconvenient to client. Damaged door locked and other concerns.  They should be penalized.

Service is terrible. The pillow and under the bed are very dirty. The accommodation is unprepared, we wait an hour. The agent is unattended, even if I send her the info of my stay. We didn't open the room for an hour because she said we should have to go. This hotel is needed to deposit a 2k for security reasons. My son broke a glass of water, worth of 200. This is the first and the last to book in this room. Not recommended to stay.

Worse part of occupying this unit is inability to contact anyone ( agent or owner) regarding urgent issues. Even trip.com was unable to easily contact them. I informed the agent of no light in bathroom when he met us to check us in and was never fixed - Authorization from administration/ owner was never received by the hotel so they held on to our driver’s license the entire time ( which is very weird because the stay has been fully pre-paid for). Check out day was terrible. Unable to contact agent or owner regarding where to leave unit keys( hotel reception would not take it because they said they have nothing to do with individual units). I did not know how to get my security deposit back $20 because agent who was supposed to check us out was unable to ve reached. Owner could not be reached by phone and no response to my email or trip.com’s email. Most stressful stay.

Its ok for traveller.. the room is clean and tidy.. i love the view from the room
