ホテル シュピッツベルク(Hotel Spitzberg Garni)

Friends and I stayed here at the start of our bike trip down the Danube. The room was very comfortable - although there was no air conditioning and the heat wave was still with us in September, a fan was provided that kept the room comfortable. The room was very clean, staff were helpful. My room had a quaint balcony that I wish I could have spent more time using! Breakfast was excellent here.

This was a one night stopover hotel as part of our bicycle tour. The hotel is right on a busy main road and is a good 10/15 minute walk from the old town. Be careful around room allocation here. We were given room 1 which overlooks the main road and the windows are at a height just above pedestrians walking by. Must be the worse room in the hotel. They had no others to offer us. Given there’s no air con in the room and it was very hot you needed to open the windows. It was unbelievably noisy throughout the night - little chance of sleep. If you do stay here make sure you get a quiet room away from the road. Breakfast was reasonable with a fair amount of choice.

I staid at Spitzberg for a night on my road trip from UK to Romania - decent hotel and very friendly staff who helped with my check in late in the night.

Friendly staff, decently sized rooms, good beds, very well situated in the center of Passau.

Vier Sterne sind das nicht. Das Hotel versprüht 80 er Jahre Charme. Wie heisst es so schön:“ Man ist stets bemüht.“ Der Preis und das Frühstück waren sehr ansprechend.

Hotel tout à fait impersonnel sans parking voiture contrairement à ce qui est annoncé!!! Sans charme (photos tropeuses) Chambre correcte pas de restaurant malheureusement Peronnel tès peu présent (hotel fermé à 18h) Pas terrible.

Wir haben uns gefragt, ob das wirklich ein 4-Sterne-Hotel ist, sind uns aber auch nicht sicher bzgl. der Kategorien. Wie auch immer, das Zimmer war eher spartanisch eingerichtet, aber in Ordnung. Was uns so im Nachhinein wirklich nicht gut gefallen hat, war die eher mangelhafte Information bspw. dazu, dass man am Abend nicht mehr so einfach ins Hotel kommt - und nicht zu vergessen das chaotische Frühstücksmanagement. Obwohl es wirklich regnerisch war, wollte man uns draußen platzieren. Kombiniert mit einer nach außen dargestellten Corona-Hektik, die aber nicht wirklich durchgehalten wurde, war das ein bisschen anstrengend. Zusammengefasst: man kann schon dort übernachten, aber man findet bestimmt besseres in dieser Kategorie.

Servicio mínimo con una atención demasiado justa. Desayuno correcto. Necesitaria mejorar su atención y la informació respecto a las normals a la llegada. La recepció cierra a las 7 y después no tiene prácticamente ningú servicio con habitaciones pequeñas. Localitzación buena .
