I can only say the best about this hotel! I was traveling alone and received princess like treatment from Anantaya staff- free upgrade, early breakfast/late dinner boxes, taking care of my needs and wishes all the time. ❤️ Nevertheless one thing i was really missing was some entertainment, however when this need was expressed some live music was set up during dinner the next evening. Also dinner buffet had some crazy good indian/sri lankan foods that i was raving about all the time so it is a must to everything they offer. Also, the beach is 10 out of 10 so for those who enjoy beach life will definitely be very satisfied!! I thank you very much for amazing stay and EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! Keep up the good work.

Overall we had a great experience - nice and clean rooms, amazing beach, very friendly and competent staff, buffet different every day with plenty of choices. Room for improvement: bar staff should work faster and know cocktail ingredients by hand and not look up every cocktail in the menu. Also, a hotel could have some kind of entertainment every night - karaoke nights, music, dance shows, etc.

I stayed at this hotel with my friend for 7 days. We have some suggestions for the management, that would improve the quality and the clients' comfort. We admit that we are in a tropical country. But rats in your room in a 5-star hotel is not acceptable and on the edge of the pool I saw a snake. The amount I paid for food was all inclusive, but most of the time I had a set menu, which means I overpaid. For reasons of security, hygiene and also for people with allergies or anxieties, dogs should not be allowed on the hotel premises. The constant signing of drinks receipts really disturbs the peace and quiet of the customer. There are also positive points: the beautiful beach, wonderful palm trees, clean air. The hotel grounds are also very nice, but could be improved.

We recently stayed at Anantaya with our family, and it was a fantastic experience. The surroundings are really pretty, thanks to the awesome gardening team. The beach nearby is super clean, all thanks to the hardworking beach staff. The hotel staff, including those at the beach, were all really friendly and nice. The staff at the restaurant were particularly hospitable. They made our dining experience enjoyable with their friendly service. Our rooms at Anantaya were comfy and clean, perfect for chilling after a day out. The food was tasty, though we wished there were more options in the buffet. Considering the price and the current economy, it was still good. Overall, Anantaya is a great place for a family getaway. Beautiful surroundings, friendly staff, and clean facilities, especially the restaurant team, made our stay memorable. Big thumbs up to the team at Anantaya for making our trip special!

The best hotel we have been so far.The foods are very delicious and rooms are very clean,beautiful and comfortable.Really good,friendly staff and amazing service.The surrounding is very nice.We really enjoyed this stay a lot.Don't miss this wonderful experience

Eveything is perfect, in hotel teritory is some defects but small, rooms very nice and big :) staff is very friendly, but not fast :) food is good also, beach clean, spa zone is expensive (one of minus), and one problem, it,s far from airport Mattala, travel with bus need 5-6 hours minimum

We had a truly memorable holiday. The staff and management went out of their way to deliver a five star service. The hotel is set in beautiful tropical garden leading on to a pristine beach with plenty of palm trees for shade. Our bedroom was on the ground floor and was well appointed with lovely views. Thank you again for the lovely experience.
