"Booked a flexible rate on Jan 8th for a stay on Feb 23rd for 3 nights and 2 rooms. A week later I called the hotel and cancelled the booking, today I discovered it was not done and they are taking payment of 100%. Despite numerous phone calls and emails explaining what has happened they did nothing to resolve the situation. They have caused me hours of stress. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I'm sure it's great when things go well but went something goes wrong they will not help."
