Enjoyed my time at this Fresco Retreat. The location is peaceful and ideal for longer stays. Rooms are kept clean and tidy, with a nice common living area as a bonus. Reliable hot water and security measures add peace of mind. And the breakfast options are excellent! Highly recommend for a comfortable stay.

Amazing experience at Fresco, this is my second time staying here, beautiful rooms, perfect and quiet location amidst busy city. The host Aditya is super amazing and always so resourceful, my go to guide for local findings and to navigate around the city. Breakfast is top notch!

Quiet neighborhood, great services, beautiful homestay style hotel. Would love to stay here again. This place is tucked into a quiet neighborhood but very close to Patan, Sanepa, and other great neighborhoods. Plenty of nearby restaurants and happening places.

The accommodation was good and the breakfast they served was fabulous 👌 the owner help me a lot as it was my first visit. I feel like i was at home because of the atmosphere they created. I highly recommend this place to others as well.

Clean, peaceful and praiseworthy services and behaviours by the staffs. Respectfully serving behaviours of all the staffs. Safe and secured for solo stay. Well organised rooms with the needed toiletries are undeniably welcoming and relaxing for the stay as well.

24hrs security. Situated in a quiet area. Complementary breakfast. Attentive and friendly staff. Accessibility of transportation. Near to coffee shops, convenience store and restaurants. Recommended to business people who's just staying for brief period of time.

Had to pay extra for the second guest while checking in even though the booking website had the same price for both single and double occupancy. The wi-fi was spotty, TV didn't work at all. I had placed some food in the shared refrigerator in the evening and by next morning, it was gone. The breakfast was a sad plate of toast, jam, an egg and a sausage with instant coffee even though in their website they offer continental or buffet breakfast. Owners stay in the same building so it's more like a house than a hotel. Staff were kind and polite though. Would rather stay in a different hotel in the area for much cheaper price and better property.
