We had an amazing week long vacation at this brand new hotel. We were impressed by many things, but the professional and personal service really stood out. From check in to the restaurant and pool staff to the housekeeping team, everyone was excellent and seemed to take pride and joy in their work. We spent a lot of time at the large pool which always seemed to have enough space for couples to have some room and for kids to play as well. Poolside help and restaurant and bar service was great. Ken in particular made an impression on us. We also spent a lot of time at the amazing beach which is a short stroll down a landscaped path from the hotel. Service there was also very easy and warm. The food and drinks at all of the restaurants were also excellent, super fresh, creative, and diverse. We liked getting to know Laura in the Catalina restaurant. Too many great things to say to say it all. If you are planning a trip to Grand Cayman, you should look really closely at this place!

Hotel Indigo Cayman Islands We were very happy with our experience at Hotel Indigo. The hotel was beautiful, the food was incredible & the staff was over the top helpful during our stay. We thought the rooftop restaurant/ bar Pom Pom was excellent in their indoor & outdoor seating options that gave incredible views of the Cayman sunsets. One suggestion I’d give the hotel is to allow for more convenient reservation system for Pom Pom. The communication wasn’t great. The pool, beach access / seating & bar/ restaurant were all excellent. What’s most impressive is they haven’t been open a month & there were minimal hiccups throughout our entire stay. Highly recommend this hotel.

We was doing our weekly walk through the beach and we saw Indigo so we decided to check it out and we loved the ambience and hospitality specially from RJ that gave us the first approach and Willie our server that took care of us and was very attentive all the time, thanks for your recommendations and good service

The ambience is gorgeous. Rooftop bar is a must at sunset. The hotel was beautiful, the food was incredible & the staff was over the top helpful. Ask for Ishtaq as your server. He was the best. Overall amazing on all levels. We were very happy with our experience at Hotel Indigo.

great food, great atmosphere. cocktails recommendations was excellent, Willie welcome us with a smile and give us a great service, and give us some few recommendations, the chicken sandwich was on point, absolutely loved the key lime dessert😍

Great place ! pool is awesome restaurant too :) Everyone is very friendly and eager to serve which is always nice. Very easy to move around from this location. The technology in the room is enough to show they care (new iphone plugs in the wall), can check out or request late check out from the tv. Very convenient and not distubring so you can relax end to end.

We stayed one night here, myself being a local and my aunt who was visiting from Florida. At first the entrance was confusing but once I figured it out all was well. This hotel was luxurious from start to finish. I will be back this coming weekend. The staff are so attentive, the property is clean and inviting. Everything about my stay was perfect. My daughter enjoyed the pool in the night and we dined at Catalina restaurant for lunch the next day and we were waited on hand and foot for our entire stay. I know the hotel just opened two weeks ago so I pray that the service will continue to be the great even if I come back in 6 months.

Brand new hotel, loved it! The staff all around the resort were so helpful. From the lobby staff to receptionist to the room cleaning staff to the pool assistants to restaurant staff. My children loved the pool area, which had deep end infinity and also the shallow area where the smaller children can play safely.

Everything is excellent.. We had a great breakfast with my friends at Catalina Restaurant! Thank you Ms Melvie, Mr Starsky, JP, Vikash, Cynthia, and Willy.. Can’t wait for another time to spend with you guys!! Highly reccomended!! 🥳🥳 👌
