Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. THIS IS THE SAME HOTEL AS NATURAL INN, so be aware. It's the second time I stay here, just because it has two names and I got tricked. The staff really seems to hate the costumers. Even if you ask for a room, you're not wanted here. As I'm writing this review at the reception, the staff came up to me and reminded me that I only have one hour left in my room or I need to pay more, pointing her finger in my face. First of all, we got a room with black mole. We tried to change but they said black mole is no worries. (see picture) And then we finally got another room but it was on the top floor with a super noisy broken ac so it was very hot all night. You also have to pay for everything in the room (small dose of cheap coffee, water etc), except of one bottle of really disgusting water that's included. At three in the morning we couldn't take it anymore and went to another hotel just to get some sleep. Really terrible place, it only costed 330 baht for one night but it was still a big rip off. For the love of god, don't ever set your foot here if you have any self respect.
