酒店房間相對其它美式酒店有點小，空間相對狹窄！入住房費已經付款，但是前台刷了150預授權。房間靠近5號公路，相對有點吵雜！早上6：30樓上就有人起床，踩地板聲音有點大，隔音不太好。圖二圖三一路上的風光！

미국에 많은 호텔 체인이 있습니다. 햄턴인, 홈투, 홀리데이인, 슈퍼8 등등.. 햄턴인이 가장 좋은거 같네요 !!ㅎ

Nice hotel - large rooms. We were on the top floor -411 and were surprised to hear motor noise all night coming from the roof. One other ‘could be improved’ is the track door for the bathroom and bedroom. When you slide it closed it makes a loud scraping noise.otherwise nice hotel with friendly staff.

this place is absolutely beautiful ! it’s so peaceful plus you have a beautiful view of the mountains as soon as you walk outside . check in is super quick and the staff are amazing !! definitely a go to if you need a place to stay

Really nice clean property, but the service was horrible. Front desk told me I could check in early at 1:30 with no fees, upon arrival and I was told different. Staff was incredibly rude, didn’t offer to let me wait in the hotel so I had to wait in the rain.

Ok place, low energy staff, but they were friendly. Just seem to run at a slower pace office wise.

Clean and quiet. Water pressure wasn’t great and muliltiple ice makers were not functioning.

Hotel was amazing. Comfortable soft beds and pillows. Lots of area for dogs to do their business particularly in the back. Great breakfast. Only down side, water pressure was awful !!

The first room we were given had an inoperable TV. The second room had a leak from the shower that had wet the entire bathroom floor. The pet fee of 75 dollars is exorbitant-gouging pet owners travelling with their pets. The breakfast room and the workout room were very nice.

The property was newer with updated decor, which was nice. The issue was that, in efforts to be eco friendly, there was very poor water pressure and it didnt get very hot. I have a huge head of hair and it took forever to wash it. The coffee maker in my roon was broken. I cant function without my coffee in the morning! They did replace it quickly when i called, however, and that was nice.

The hotel was fine. Staff need some positive retraining. First, I was placed on hold for extended periods. I hung up and called back and placed on hold again numerous times. I inferred that there was a shift change and she did not wanted to delay her clock out. Not acceptable. Second, we were given the wrong room and the clerk made us feel that it was our fault. The wrong number was clearly on the envelop and the keys were coded for another room. ON THE POSITIVE SIDE, the kitchen and housekeeping staff were awesome.

The room is huge and the facilities nice! Very pleasantly surprised!

The Hotel is in an up and coming area of Paterson, so with that said, the area seems safe, on a busy Main Street. The hotel it-self was clean and smelt clean. Too stuffy and warm in common areas. The breakfast was basic basic bland breakfast. Eggs have to be powdered because it tasted like they were. The waffles had a play-do taste, weird I know. But thats the best way I can describe them. The rooms are decent size and beds are comfy! The showers come with large bottles attached in shower of shampoo, conditioner, body wash (that smell good!) hair dryer, microwave and coffee. All complementary! Over all rate 4 Breakfast rate 2
