We had a wonderful stay at Taj Rishikesh in October 2023. The trip was made special by ***y including Panditji Ganga Aarti, Chef's local food recommendations, the Yoga Instructor, the Support staff, and most by Santoor Vadak Mr Faisal through his soulful rendition. He played on the spot my favorite. Superb Faisal, keep playing Santoor and keep this art alive which touches our soul to the core.

Property is so so so beautiful, tons of activities to do, food is great and the staff is very dedicated to their work. There is direct access to the river side where you can take photos and enjoy an evening Ganga aarti. We also enjoyed a star gazing night while we were there.

I stayed for only one night in this particular trip and wanted to extend it but unfortunately hotel was fully booked because of wedding group booking. This is my first stay at Taj Rishikesh. Wow. What a property it is !!! Extraordinary location, ambience, maintenance and wonderful staff .. I am writing to convey my deepest gratitude for the extraordinary experience I had during this particular trip. The level of care and dedication exhibited by your staff surpassed our highest expectations, leaving an indelible mark on me. The personalized greetings and the seamless check-in process immediately set the tone for what would become a truly exceptional stay. Mr. TANISHQ was very warm, cordial and professional and helped me with tour of property and upgraded my room to a superior category. He spoke to me at length about various things and smooth check in it was. Mr. ANSHUL, Mr. PARAS during checkout time were also very warm and kind . Check out was smooth and they offered me souvenirs and helped me get a car to airport on a short notice which helped me to reach on time to catch my flight. Everything was maintained very well and staff at all the areas were so helpful and reachable/open. Food at The restaurant- ROCK FLOUR was awesome to say the least. Each dish was a testament to the chef's artistry, and the service was characterized by attentiveness and knowledge. Thanks to chef Mr. DIPAK KUMAR SINGH , he ensured my food requirements are taken care in very personalized way. His culinary skills, communication and warmth are highly appreciated. Hatsoff. The dedication and talent of your team was evident in every meal I enjoyed at fom breakfast, lunch to dinner. I have very long list of intolerances and a health condition which required special diet and they considered it and cooked special meals for me and taking care of my health during this solo travel. My further travel completely depended on this particular trip and they ensured it was absolutely perfect as I required. He made me feel at home. The flavors, presentation, and attention to detail were nothing short of extraordinary. Their knowledge of the menu, willingness to accommodate special requests, and genuine warmth made every meal a memorable one. He gave his team members also heads up about my preference and ensured they met with all of my preferences. Chef Mr.GANESH too helped me during breakfast and helped me get a take away as well during check out.Highly appreciate his gesture. Mr. VIRENDRA BHATT : Everytime I came for meal or met him around the property, he remembered my preferences and took out time and interact at length..He made me feel like im at home. His professionalism and genuine care for dining experience did not go unnoticed. He was talking to each and every guest and ensuring their needs and wants are fulfilled. Had a lovely stay! With superb hospitality and staff !! Very warm n courteous.! The view is serene and impeccable.! The food is scumptious and a vast menu.! The pahadi food served too is delicious.! The property is right on the banks of the Ganga river giving a mesmerizing view. The staff was very polite, helpful and ensured that our visit was very memorable. Special mention to Paras who had ensured that we have no problems and were well taken care of. Would definitely visit once again.

We spent three wonderfull days in this resort. The location is perfect, far away from the bustling Rishikesh and Hardiwar. The reception was very wellcoming and relaxed, the food and service in the upper restaurant was great (Special thanks to Mr. Chandan). We loved the room, beautyfull views to the Ganga river, spotless clean, good houskeeping. Missed a bathrobe. The only drawback was the realy non-existing service in the pool area. In a 5Star resort one expexting cold water served at the the deckchair, cold face towels offered. Instead the staff was chatting in a hidden coner. Used Towels were not removed all afternoon. But again, it was a very nice stay. We booked a hotel taxi to Delhi, the driver was excellent, but on Saturdays we were suprised to stuck thre hours in a traffic jam in Rishikesh

Akshay was very helpful! Had a lovely stay. Would love to come back to this place. The rooms, the property, the staff, the service… everything was absolutely amazing. The view from the property is wonderful and food in all the restaurants is amazing.

From the moment we arrived until departure, the staff exceeded expectations. The location is fabulous, nestled in the curve of the holy river Ganga, it is a perfect spot to unwind and meditate. Rooms were spotless, and the facilities were well-maintained. The hotel's cleanliness surpassed our expectations. The hotel restaurant offered delicious meals with a diverse menu. ***agement team promptly addressed any concerns we had. The hotel's staff is clearly dedicated to ensuring guest satisfaction

Lovely ambience with good drinks specially the guava one. The signature pizza was perfectly done. Akshay the waiter served us quite well. Highly recommend. It is a very serene place with great views and the staff also helped us with arranging for a boat ride
