I stay at the presidential suite on 3/22/24 jacuzzi or hot tub was dirty found nut shells in it.i wish they built the presidential suite on the top floor they had animals running around all night.

The staff was very friendly. I spoke with about 5 employees during my 2 night stay and they were so helpful. Kind and seemed like they were actually happy to help you. Which is hard to find these days. The hotel itself was great. The bed was comfortable. The hot tub in the bathroom was great. We even had a tv in the bathroom. I overall enjoyed my stay.

I'm a "value" shopper when seeking accomodations. What am I paying for what I'm getting. This hotel is clean, quiet, and comfortable. It's a 5 minute drive from Foxwoods ****** and less than half the price for a stay there.

This place is outdated! The presidential is horrible! Nothing presidential about that room! The door to get in is a metal door outdated and squeaky! The bed is a spring mattress! Ppl smoking in front of the place it stinks! Workers try to get in room after checked in! The guy in front was a rude good for nothing! This is just a ghetto motel definitely not a hotel!

Our entire experience was great overall. Check in/out was easy and our room was clean overall. Only complaint was having a couple long hairs in our shower before we used it, however, we will certainly be back for another stay!

Pretty hotel, rooms are unique! Very classic decor.
There was a built in radio speaker in tve ceiling, with a wall volume speaker control, which was amusing! they have a little snack, shop too in the lobby with a microwave, and a coffee area, and resturant, though we didnt eat there. The jacuzzi tub area in our room had a wall mounted tv, which was cool. The room was very clean! They have strict policy on noise, which is great! Theres shuttle service to Foxwoods! Not Mohegan sun though fyi. Its a great for couples! The perfect weekend get away for romance!
