Территория очень большая. Но не соответствует названию Garden: площадь отеля большая, но не ухоженная, ни разу не видел людей, которые что-то убирали. Приехал в отель в дождь: персонал не подготовил места в ресторане, в итоге отдыхающие не могли найти себе место для приёма пищи. На обслуживающем персонале Senza экономит. Анимации нет в принципе. Наблюдается активность людей для платных услуг ( хамам/ массаж, поездки по магазинам и т. д.) номера большие,

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel staff was friendly, efficient, multilingual. The food was delicious. I especially enjoyed the Spa! Turkish hamam was great and a massage very professional! The Spa area was cozy, clean, relaxing, staff was polite, attentive, always greeted with a smile.

The food in the hotel was really good, same with the entertainment, people that work there were very nice, especially the polish advisor Andrzej. Where it comes to the room, it was very disappointing as the smell was quite bad and the water from the shower was leaking. However, the rooms got cleaned every single day and we received clean towels each day.

Before we arrived I read that Senza isn’t suitable for people with mobility difficulties so being 7 months pregnant I emailed and asked to be close to reception. The hotel had kindly located me directly opposite reception but I hadn’t realised this is furthest from all amenities. We stayed the night in the first room and the next morning, I attended the welcome meeting with the rep to request a room change. Within 20 mins I’d been offered a room right next to the pool and the restaurant! The team made the change so easy for us and everyone was so helpful, from the rep, receptionist, and shuttle bus driver. I was so grateful!! For what we paid for the holiday, Senza was good value for money, the buffet was great, and we had everything we needed- plenty access to bottled water, coffee machines available, plenty food options, and regular meal times. The buffet maybe leaned towards the Eastern European guest’s preferences but we didn’t mind. Always clean and fresh. The private beach space was such a pleasant surprise as well! So picturesque with a lovely lunch thrown in too! Our air con wasn’t the best but we managed. Pool entertainment was good fun. For the price, would definitely recommend!

The location was very nice,we had a great time ,food was good, cocktails were not tasty,the restaurant looked great, staff were friendly. The animation team were pure and the evening time was not what to do. The Spa club was very very good and professional. I would like to thank to Spa management and Ali. I would like to thank also Hallil ,his amazing arms ,he is very talented guy.

2 star hotel, moved rooms on arrival then moved out the following day to another hotel. Avoid love holidays when booking turkey as their ratings do not reflect the condition of the hotel. Staff ok but hold needs major work to bring it up to standard. Smell of damp and mould were overwhelming. May 24

Hello sincerely the hotel for its 5 stars does not deserve well unless 30 years ago 😂. As for me, generally dirty and not surprisingly for 7 days of stay the room cleaned ....not once 🙈 Our trip was saved and made more enjoyable by the spa center and Mr. Andrew gets a note 6 whistle 😀. Spa gentlemen very professional we had 4 massages highly recommended Thank you ❤️

Honestly it was great. The service was quick and efficient. There are a lot of activities for you to do so you cannot get bored. The food was really nice, had a a big variety. What was really special for me was how nice all the stuff was with me, especially EFE , he was very attentive and made sure that we were aware about all of the activities that were taking place.

Really good holiday! Great animation team full of joy and life...so nice to see. Great resort, good food and lots of fun! Fully recommend. Love the clap snap song! So nice to go somewhere laid back and relaxed. One of the best sister holidays in a long time 😍🤩😘
