ハロー ホテル(Hello Hotel)

環境可以，早上是香港人接待員當值，非常有禮貌勤力👍

I had booked three nights for what I expected to be a family room with my two teenagers. It was a standard room with a king size bed and two single mattresses on each side of the bed. There wasn’t room to step off the bed on one side. There was hair strand on the bed which did not belong to us. Considering that it was supposedly a family room, there was only only two bottles of water in the room. The bathroom had stains on the walls and on the tap, the room had stains on the walls as well. The breakfast served on Monday had a very dark sausage. The only positive was the staff especially Yilmaz who provided a service with a smile.

This hotel suited our needs. It was clean with big rooms. The 'to go breakfast was perfect (choice of sausage/bacon batch or toast or cereal), came with a small chocolate chip muffin and a bottle of orange juice. Access to tea and coffee from the reception area 24/7. Reception area vending machine was out of order during our stay. When people walked above our room (ground floor), it was quite creaky/noisy at bedtime. Parking was very easy, plenty of space everytime we came back. The spare beds were 'trundle' beds which looked like just a mattress on the floor and were not the most comfortable but suitable for a toddler. Hotel does not provide cots for babies, so taking your own is a must. Met our needs and a decent price where other hotels were priced higher during half term

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Loved the complimentary breakfast options and the adjoining restaurant was nice. The room was big and clean but the decor was tired. There was a tear in the fabric of the occasional chair and the duvet cover too. Towels were clean and so was the bathroom. I would stay again, close to Trafford Centre for shopping.

Lovely rooms, very quiet too which was a bonus. We stayed for 2 nights and would definitely stay again if we were stopping in Manchester again

Breakfast was poor. Beds were a bit uncomfortable but the room was clean, warm and the staff were v good.

Convenient hotel for getting into Manchester. Staff were very helpful. Will book a room at the back of the hotel in future as its quieter from the East Lancs travel noise

Good budget hotel, easy to get V bus to manchester and back. Half the price of budget chain hotels in city centre

Great one night stay for a trip to Manchester. Lovely big bed and a really good grab breakfast bag!
