This was a Great beachfront location, excellent service was provided by all, The hotel was very clean inside and out . We enjoyed the two lazy rivers , pool, and the beachside bar. We rented chairs on the beach, excellent chairs, umbrella , and service. We stayed in a beachfront King room. It had a walk out balcony which we enjoyed sitting outside to enjoy the view. Everyone was very nice and helpful, we will definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location right on the beach with the most beautiful white sand. Rooms were spacious and clean. Service warm and friendly. Facilities were second to none, the pool, lazy river, hot tubs and fire pits were all amazing. Highly recommend this hotel 😊

This property is AMAZING.. the pool is also shared next door with and to this property.. the pool areas are GREAT! Everything amazing!! Great location.. great staff ! Walking distance to many restaurants and convenience stores… beachfront balcony room while overlooking the pools was beautiful!

It was very clean, anytime we stay at Pensacola Beach we always stay at this place. Everything you would want to do is within 10 minutes away. The pool and hot tubs are clean and very relaxing. I really like this place

The stay was great, and we loved the pool and ocean view. Only complaint would be that the receptionists that checked me out were very cold and not seeming to want to interact. Upon arrival the receptionists thst were there were very friendly and hospitable. Would visit again because I love the setup, and to each his own with their biases.

The restaurant food was excellent. We were on the 7th floor and had a beautiful view of the pool and the ocean. Our room wasn’t cleaned on first day and when I inquired with the front desk, I found out you have to tell them if you want your room cleaned each day. I like the wall dispenser with hand soap in the bath sink area as well as the tub. Plus makeup remover pads were left each day. Overall, we loved Pensacola Beach and plan to return and stay at this hotel.

Amazing place to stay. The pool is unbelievable. Property is right on the beach tons of restaurants in walking distance and one one the property.

I enjoyed staying at the Holiday Inn Resort Pensacola. The staff upgraded my room so I can have an ocean view for free. The room was huge. I like the design and the colours of the hotel and the very nice pool outside. My room was not as clean as I'd have liked it, there was hair from a previous guest on and behind the side table as well as in the bathroom. There were food crumbs on the side table as well. I called the front desk about it and they sent someone one up to clean it but it was a bit gross.
