フロントは素晴らしかったですが、部屋はファンキーでゴキブリがいて、まったく快適になれませんでした。二度とここにいることはありません。さらに、彼らは部屋の質が悪いために私にお金を返したくありませんでした

This was my first time coming to the hotel and it was a horrible experience, front counter young man is very rude , the Manager wasn’t any better cursing , the hotel has a odor no matter where u went ,blinds broken, stove barley worked, I just received my deposit back today which is unexceptionable since I checked out last week

I am not one to leave bad reviews or complain a lot but I think one should know what they’re getting into if they wanna stay here. If you’re looking for a place to rough it with the boys for the weekend and always be on guard for getting robbed, this is the place to be. Absolutely not a place to take your wife or kids. Absolutely terrible excuse for a hotel. Seems more like a refuge for ********** and other **********. No towels in the room at check in, received two total towels after asking for a 2 night stay, no hot water for showers, pool was closed, everywhere smelled like smoke even in non smoking rooms. I do have one positive to say, the staff were very nice. I know it’s not completely their fault for the shape this hotel is in and they were understanding and apologetic. This place should not be in business much longer.

This was one of the worse places I have ever stayed. Paint peeling in bathroom. Mold on ceiling. Floors both in the unit and in hall ways were black with dirt. Exterior of building is in need of repair. Roof is patched. Overall just a run down blighted building. Only positive thing was the one clerk who was helpful. A male staff member on other hand was to lazy to even get out of his chair. The entire building smelled of maijuanua (sunk ****). It was musty and dank as well.

Pro - the location is great as it is close to everything you may need or go to. The front desk people had pleasant attitudes and did the best they could for the guests. Con - review the pics and form you own opinion.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and it is not the same anymore. (1) No telephone, (2) No TV remote, (3) Shower lift came off, (4) Trash under the bed (5) Smoke detector not on wall. (6) One towel in bathroom, (7) The toilet moved on the floor. (8) The door was uneven, maintenance has to fix the door to properly close. (9) There was missing electrical outlet covers. (10) There was a ironing board but no iron. Lastly, the front desk service was awful. It is definitely not under the original management.

Please do not book and stay away from this location hotel. I believe they hire crooks to run their business. I prepaid to Priceline whole 3 days stay at this location from 3/1/2023 to 3/4/2023; however, when I tried to check out early on the 4th (8:30am), the front desk staffs forced me to pay additional $60+ without any clear reason. Their only reason: "Priceline did not pay us in full" I contacted Priceline and two agents (from Priceline) called them and tried to resolve the issue. However, as soon as they hung up with Priceline agents (after more than 40 minutes), they told me I still had to pay and would call the POLICE to arrest me if I tried to leave. I have never experience this on my entire a life (of 60 years). It's so horrible that I would never forget. They are crooks so they consider every one else is the same. The hotel is dirty with nasty smell every time I walk in the hall way. I had stayed 3 days in hell. This hotel deserves NEGATIVE review.

I booked this hotel based on the previous ratings and the pictures on the website which appeared to be exactly what I needed for this trip, nothing too fancy but nice. Unfortunately, this hotel was a let down. I gave it a one star rating only because the price was good. Nothing else was of the quality I expected when staying at a Choice Hotel. First of all, I reserved a room with a king bed. The bed was NOT a king. The kitchen was not stocked with everything specified. We were also given one towel and one washcloth for 2 people. Second, our second night there we came in after 8 and our key cards would not work. When we went to the front desk, the lady was not friendly at all and claimed we had a balance and that's why the cards didn't work. When I told her we pre-paid, she then tried to say because we didn't leave our cards in the envelope they gave us that our cell phones deactivated them. My husband questioned this the next day with the manager, and he assured us there was no balance due from us. Third, housekeeping only "cleaned" our room once in the 4 nights we stayed there. They did not leave additional towels or make up the bed. Fourth, I killed bugs in our room, one being a cockroach, and the coffee maker looked like it may have had mold in it. As someone who has stayed in probably 100 hotels in her lifetime, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I would tell everyone I know to spend the money and stay elsewhere.

Went to Pensacola Florida on 6/22 to see our son get his Navy Wings, booked a hotel room on ******* and the site pictures looked wonderful, got to Pensacola stopped to pick up our son before check-in, showed up at our hotel it was nothing like the pictures ******* posted. The roof was off covered by plastic, the sign was all broken, the lobby stunk, get up into our room, big, hole in wall, mold on ceilings, the table still had ring marks from whatever the last ones was drinking that was never cleaned, the room stunk, the carpet had stains all over it, the door wasn’t locking properly and NO SMOKE DETECTOR. We ran to a local restaurant to eat because we were very hungry and found another hotel within minutes, went back grabbed our stuff took pictures and went down to the front desk and checked out of the ROACH MOTEL.
