The beds were a little lumpy but other than that it was a good stay. Excellent location . I would stay again

Overall a decent place to stay, price a little higher due to spring training. The room was acceptable, except for the fowl smell coming from the sink. We had to close the drain and plug the overflow hole so that the smell didn’t come out. It wasn’t a big enough issue to move, since we were gone all day and only had to deal with it for 5/10 minutes in the morning. Other than that the hotel was fine for me and would plan another stay there. But next time I’m checking for possible drain issue right way.

Don't expect this hotel to amaze you with anything in particular. The rooms are better than average, but just barely. The furniture is a little beat up and old judging by the 2 rooms I was in over a 9 day stay. The hotel is frankly due for a renovation if I'm being honest. That's all the bad. The good news is you can tell the GM or someone in charge knows what they're doing. The staff is refreshingly responsive with real customer service. The same staff came and went over 9 days and I learned they had all been there for some time. I get the sense the "boss" is a pro who can run a tight ship with good staff. Frankly, the service and attitudes overcame the shortfalls and the bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The location is fantastic and the hotel is off Bell Rd far enough to be quiet. I would stay there again. I travel a ton for work so I know hotels.

Nice Hotel, breakfast was good. Waffles, eggs, cereal & sausage or bacon. Room was comfortable, had a couple tv’s. Shopping mall was across the parking lot & restaurants within walking distance. (5-10min walk)

Very clean and spacious. Breakfast was fresh. Staff was very nice. Near a ton of restaurants.

Good location for walking to grocery and eating. Cleaning staff threw away some groceries left in a bag on desk.

My experience was okay, when I first arrived I immediately noticed the place was dirty. The couch had white stains, the bathroom was not clean. The shower had hair, the toilet had pee stains at the bottom, there was visible dust everywhere, and the outside of the microwave did not look like it was wiped. After realizing it was dirty I felt pretty uncomfortable. The place is small compared to other locations, they had only one main elevator which was an inconvenience. Lastly, it stated that there was a smart tv but all it had was Netflix and YouTube. Overall 3/5

Great place. My only issue was that we stayed on the 3rd floor. It's the only floor without an ice maker.
