This is an amazing hotel with a very friendly staff. They took good care of us and they ensured that we were having a great time. Their breakfast buffet is very good with a wide variety of options. They are very welcoming and they have one of the best views in town.

We came for our honeymoon and it was the best decision we made! Secluded, quiet, relaxing and romantic. Everything about our stay was perfect. The staff are so kind, hospitable and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very generous and delicious (our daily omelette order was memorized by the staff!). The bedroom was very clean and comfortable (with blackout curtains for the best sleep). The scenery in Syvota is absolutely stunning! You will truly love your stay here.

We love Greece and usually take a week on one of the many islands but tried the mainland this time and wow, we were extremely impressed. Greek star ratings we accept and take with a pinch of salt but this hotel, room and facilities truly are 5 star. Private beach, decking and other sunbathing options across the beach with 2 pools, family and adult, perfect. Breakfast was tip-top, plenty of choice and freshly made omelettes. ONLY negative is that it’s steep ! You have great views but the town/harbour for all the lovely restaurants is a steep trek. We walked down once and in the heat was too much but a €5 taxi sorted that - we were used to paying €10-15 a day for sunbeds/umbrella etc so as these are free it was no problem! Highly recommended- and we are fussy !

Past experience has shown us that some Greek 5 star hotels are more 4 star. This is definitely 5 star! We've just had a simply wonderful week at the Domotel Agios Nikolaos. Our room was fabulous (and immaculately kept) with a gorgeous view from the large balcony/terrace. The location is great, set into the hillside overlooking a picturesque bay -- only a few minutes by taxi (5 euros flat fare) into Syvota. The approx. 15 minute walk there is for people a bit fitter than us ! As well as 2 swimming pools (one for adults only) there is a lovely private beach (sand and shingle) - shared with a small neighbouring hotel. Crystal clear water - a joy to swim in. Breakfast is great -- a huge, well presented choice. We had dinner at the hotel three times and the cooking was terrific -- great kudos to the chef and his team. Any hotel -- no matter how good the design, furnishings, location etc -- depends on its staff. The staff here are just brilliant -- always smiling, helpful, polite and efficient. As I've run out of superlatives I'll just say that without a doubt - we'll return to this terrific hotel.

Beautiful suites overlooking gardens and the sea. Excellent breakfast choices. Small but quiet beach. Pools well maintained and in great positions Easy access to village ..just a few minutes taxi drive (recommended) for set price of 5euro Worth going to Megali Ammos beach and the two restaurants there Oliva and Ionion Fish Restaurant. Also worth visiting Thalassa restaurant at Mega Draffi (about 15 minutes by taxi) . Incredible location for views and the sunset and the food is more than acceptable You can hire a boat via reception if you don't want to go down to the harbour and it is brought to the hotel jetty. If you don't want a full day they will hire for 4 hours Property is very clean and well maintained

The food was amazing and service was immaculate. It also has an incredible beach that is probably one of my favorite ones, like no other that I have seen. I definitely recommend going to this place as it has left me extremely satisfied. I am looking forward to going again soon.

Wow. And wow again. This is our third day in this magnificent hotel and I have to write a review already now. The views, the rooms, the places to hang out, the breakfast and the wonderful staff makes this one of the best hotels we stayed in. Sivota delivers once again!

Excellent hotel and perfect holiday. We stayed 10 days and had a room with a beautiful infinity pool and stunning views. Only ate in the restaurant once - food and service excellent but a bit expensive. Took taxis to harbour and back for dinner - lots of great restaurants to choose from. We needed time to relax/rewind/recharge so we didn't venture far from hotel otherwise. Breakfast was excellent - both in choice/quality of food and service. Room was very well appointed, turndown service each evening and spotlessly clean. We did have a couple of small issues but they were fixed immediately. Only one suggestion for potential improvement - the chairs and sunbeds on the terrace outside the room look fantastic, but are not comfortable at all - providing waterproof cushions would fix this easily. Beautifully maintained hotel, staff friendly, welcoming and super helpful. Honestly one of the best places we have stayed and in a beautiful setting too. Hope to return.
