I stayed for Umbria jazz and was amazing all the staff..the room...faboulus breakfast...so clean so quiet!! There a plus ..the bus that tales you for free to Santa Giuliana Arena for concerts and back every hour from 5 p.m. and back every hour too..in the same plaza you take the elevator for center so this bus is a great great thing!! So nice!!!

great property to utilize for the Perugia City Center area Easy Downhill 8 min walk to the Tram Station, and a easy 22 Min walk down later in the evening from the City Center Lunch as excellent at the Hotel, and the breakfast options were great as well Overall very happy with the hotel property

The hotel is not in the city center, but there is a mini-metro station nearby, which makes it easy to get to the sights. It is also practical that there is a supermarket next to the hotel. The room is a good size and has interesting extras related to the jazz theme, such as a CD player on the wall. I also haven't come across a massage tub in any other hotel. There is also a pool on the roof terrace. The staff is professional and helpful. Our room faced the city, but since it was on the first floor, we could only see a gas station.

Fantastic hotel! Great staff, awesome breakfast, easy walk to both the city center and the minimetro, and excellent parking availability. Highly recommend.

It’s very clean and well priced but the theming was not to our taste but some will love it. The breakfast is not up to par, and whilst the food was good at the restaurant for dinner the girl who seated us was quite abrupt and rude. She seemed annoyed we didn’t have a reservation even though we’d just checked in a few hours prior. The location would be an issue for anyone with mobility issues if they want to spend lots of time in the old town. Whilst the mini metro is fun and walking distance it is a very steep hill and novelty wears off after two days. It was quiet and parking was good so if your are in a budget and want a central location to drive to all the surrounding medieval old towns then this might work for you but be warned, the jazz and wine theme does leave you feeling like the place is older and tackier than it actually is…..it’s a classic, less it more sometimes.

Staff friendly and in a good location for the train station (about 20 mins walk uphill from there). About 20 mins into town uphill again, fine if you like a walk! Booked this hotel partly because it had a pool but unfortunately that wasn’t open. Breakfast was ok and was included although wasn’t topped up too much (scrambled eggs were hot food and they weren’t replenished once they ran out). Hotel also would be massively better if it put shower curtains on the baths and installed air con that worked. These were probably my biggest bug bears as we were staying for a wedding and having proper facilities would have been a great improvement. If I go back I’d probably stay in central Perugia - we had friends staying there who paid much less and for much quainter, more authentic, better hotels.

Checking very quick, but no explanation about dinner or any other services. Room : TV didnt work, quirky decor but no glassware, no tea/coffee which is very odd for hotel let alone 4*. For jazz place, this lacked real soul and love. Could be great but needs some changes and layout weird. Breakfast was poor, dead eggs and just desert food (which was great for my partner) area is shadey, although days 900m from centre, its very long way to walk up hill 40 minutes. Id choose somewhere 450m or less.
