I stayed at this hotel recently. Overall, the hotel itself is good and I had a comfortable stay. However, I accidentally left my blazer in the room after checking out. I called the hotel several times but unfortunately, I did not receive any response from the staff. This lack of cooperation and communication was disappointing. A little more responsibility from the management regarding lost and found items would make the service much better.

The behavior and cooperation of the staff were not up to the mark. I expected better hospitality, but unfortunately, the service quality was disappointing. Improvement is definitely needed in terms of staff training and guest support.
