We stayed while there was a hockey tournament in town. The staff were very busy but still did an excellent job with service. Breakfast was absolutely packed but the food was always hot and they refilled as necessary. Despite the chaos of the hockey kids, the staff were amazing. We really enjoyed our stay.

The Hotel is well situated in the golden mile of the city. It is close to all things. The check in, check out were friendly and courteous. The morning complimentary was tasty and plenty of room for all. All the staff were approachable, friendly and cheerful. It was a great stay and I will stay there again

Not great but not terrible. Good for a one night stay. The breakfast was the most redeeming part of the hotel. The hot tub being out of service was a bit of a bummer.

Very nice bed and had a nice stay, however, the fridge wasn't working. It was plugged in but it wasn't cool. I didn't use it often but it seems odd that the cleaning staff didn't notice when they cleaned before checkin.

Hotel needs updating. Noisy heat vent, bathroom fan, walls thin around bathrooms between neighbours- you can hear everything.

Overall, it was a decent experience. I like that the hotel is attached to Kelsey's. The hotel rooms could use a bit of a refresher - new carpets, for example - but overall, it was clean. The staff was delightful.

Everything was good except the tv. The cable of the tv going into the wall didn't have the proper connection and there wasn't any other cables for the front desk personnel to trade it with.

The staff were nice, room and hotel needs a good renovation. Run down, old beds very uncomfortable and whirlpool barely working downstairs.

Stayed while visiting family in PTBO. Great place to stay with my 2 boys. They enjoy their continental breakfast and pool/hot tub. I enjoyed cleanliness and quite atmosphere
