This is a nice hotel inside HOWEVER it takes a lot to climb the hill to get in there if you have mobility issues this is definitely not the hotel for you also if you like a nice cold beer at the end of the day it’s also not for you as it’s a dry hotel My advice for the extra few pound stay at the luxurious movenpick next door

Lovely new hotel. Room very comfortable. Staff helpful. Breakfast buffet really nice with a good selection. Great location a few minutes walk to the Petra Visitor Centre and the Cave Bar. Just walk up the street for good restaurants. Would definitely recommend Petra Moon Luxury Hotel.

The hotel is WOW, Service, food, rooms are perfect. Roomservice, cleaning, little gifts, parkservice.....Petra visitors center is really near by the hotel......Everything was really good!! We will come a second or third time........

Top-notch hotel. 5-stars with with a personal touch. Loved everything. Lucky to get a corner room on the top floor. Very spacious, well furnished, everything you need, tea, coffee, toiletries a-plenty, electric sockets everywhere. The whole hotel is modern and lovely. But the best part is the service. Sultan and Yasin in the restaurant went out of their way in looking after our needs. Ahmad at the reception was a knowledge well on everything we needed to know about Petra. Many other people looked after us whose name tags we did not catch. Highly recommended.

Fantastic 5 star hotel, pretty close to the Petra entrance with upscale products at a very affordable price than some overpriced 4 star and 5 star facilities closer to the Petra entrance. Very clean and well maintained hotel with friendly staff. We stayed here for 3 nights, and the check-in and check-out went smooth, we were received with a welcome drink, and the staff at the concierge is a super friendly gentleman. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the spread offers both western and local options, with a couple of live cooking stations. Free power smoothy shots were given during the breakfast. Very nice dead sea products were offered in the bathroom. Petra Museum is just opposite to the hotel, which offers free entrance and has an amazing collection of exhibits and very rich information about the history there. This hotel is also very close to the cave bar, which offers nice ambiance and Petra beer, to spend some quality time in the evening with friends or family or being alone. Highly recommended.

Clean, quiet, friendly, luxury hotel we had a great time there the food was fantastic. The service was absolutely fast and helpful. Definitely if we get a chance we be back in this hotel we had spa was really good hi Ray recommended……………………..

the stay was amazing. The quality of the room, the bed, the view to the petra canyon, the bathroom... the breakfast was perfect, you have a lot of things for choose. The service of hamza was 10/10, so cordial and attentive. The hotel is so close to the entrance of Petra, so, the was so practical too.
