Wonderful location and beautifully designed & managed hotel. Food is also nice but basic toilet, too many bugs and loud noise from frogs inside the room.

Волшебное место! Словно жили в ботсаду :) Вокруг тишина и красота. Домики чистые, уютные. Мы жили в 22 номере, никакие звуки с центральной улицы не долетали. На стойке регистрации работают внимательные, заботливые девушки. Все экскурсии заказали через них, сбоев не было, гиды были великолепные. Девушки всегда желают хорошего путешествия и удачи, а потом радуются вместе с тобой что все прошло успешно. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные. Местоположение отличное! До входа в парк минут 5-10. Напротив бар-ресторан Bamboo с красивым видом на 2 этаже. Описание отеля совпадает с фото.

I wish I could give this place a zero star. To begin with the lady on the reception is extremely rude and so highly unprofessional who blatantly told us to buy mosquitoes replant machine from the Mart when we asked as the room was filled with mosquitoes upon our arrival. They have their staff strolling around but not even a single person to help with the luggage. You have to drag your own stuff for around 500 meter if you have a cottage in the end of the row like ours. Now let’s begin with the below standard rooms, they don’t provide any toiletries or anything apart from bottles of water. Their cleaning staff do such a shoddy job that I had ask them to clean the washroom and change the sheets on third day of our stay cos there were stain in the sink due to constant dripping of water. The toilet wasn’t flushing properly. The refrigerator had black moss on all of its lining. Their pool gets filled by bunch of teenagers who buy one drink and stay in the pool forever. There is no space for the people who are paying around 3k Bhat per day. The buffet in the morning is so stale and flourless with fruit-flies and misquotes all over them. Don’t book this hotel even in half of the price. If a person in hospitality doesn’t know how to speak politely then there is no point of booking their services and give your money to them.

Front desk staff was exceptional. Especially Ning! She helped us coordinate our lake tour and our cooking class. We accidentally booked a side-by-side. If I were to do it different, I would book a solo cabin.

the exact resort feel i was wanting for my first stop in Thailand. great warm pool, spacious front patio area, Ning was very helpful at the front desk and saved me a few bucks getting to/from other stops. Room was excellent, like a modern hotel, prob 4 star for thailand. my friend had a more rustic jungle cabin w no pool and im glad that place was full. if i came back I would absolutely book here again. no question. also i found out too late the end of the cabin walk leads to a staircase into the river!

Very nice room. Walking distance to several dining options and can easily get tours to the national park. I recommend walking down to the river early morning to watch the monkeys

Lovely, clean bungalows in a very peaceful, lush setting. One of the few hotels with a pool which was clean and refreshing. Rooms have good AC, fridge, safe and tea & coffee making. Included breakfast was plentiful. The restaurant gives 20% discount to guests & we ate a dinner here which was tasty. You can book any tour or activity from reception- we did the elephant evening feeding. Wished we’d stayed here longer than one night as it was much nicer than our previous accommodation and only about 250 baht more.

We loved this resort. Fabulous location right in the middle of the village. Walking distance to multiple restaurants, shops and bars. The restaurant and rooms and pool set back from the road in stunning tropical surroundings. Staff so friendly and welcoming and helped us with organising activities and taxis . Our room was compact but clean with great amenities such as hanging racks, complimentary snacks, coffee and tea facilities. A nice big bed and bunks for our son. Great aircon. Massage available onsite too! We would definitely stay here again
