Requested a roll a bed 4 days before the stay, 2 request upon arrival at the front desk, 3 and 4 request at the front desk when we returned from the New Years eve party. Final request over the phone at 12.30AM. Received the roll a bed at 2 AM,

Great staff and location. American revolution museum, independence hall, liberty bell, and Ben Franklin museum are all minutes walk away

Valet folks were excellent as well as the desk staff. Always a great experience. I have stayed here multiple times. Always a great stay.

This is our go to spot when we stay overnight in Philly. It’s clean, quiet, slightly off the beaten path yet close to the places we like to go.

Nice room, very comfortable beds, spacious bathroom with great shower. However following issues: no concierge, one drawer for clothes located about 3 inches from the floor, no directory, no full length mirror however the grayish mirror on the bathroom door offers you a muted picture of yourself sitting on the toilet. And most of all noisy, noisy on a Saturday evening with several weddings going on. When I called the desk to complain about the noise, I, a 82 yo woman was offered a free drink in the lobby bar closer to the band! Additional charge for Wifi. And all that for over $500. a day with taxes, etc. Marriott needs to be more attentive to the comfort and rest of his guests of all ages. What a disappointing experience.

Parking was impossible, two times we went to pull into the drop off point valet had it gridlocked. Could drop my wife off at the door. Ended up parking two blocks away in an independent garage. The next morning check out was at 12, the hotel claimed that I checked out which I hadn’t because my wife was going to stay while I went to work. This resulted in a housekeeping staff barging into my room while my wife was sleeping, scared her half to death. Then that same person told her she had to vacate the room at 10am. When I called the desk to report this, that I hadn’t checked out at the time they basically said, their only solution was for her to lounge in the Mroom until 12. It’s basically a quiet cafeteria. I use the bonvoy brand exclusively when I travel and twice now I’ve been let down by bonvoy hotels in Phila. Maybe be time to change my loyalty.

One of my Philly standbys--and thanks to the desk staff for noticing I'm a Bonvoy member and making sure the wifi charges were taken off my bill at checkout.

Our stay was quite enjoyable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Convenient services. Only complaint was noisy air conditioning unit in the room woke me a few times through the night when it cycled.
