全体的に気分は良いですが、ジムは少し狭いです

The worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had - when I was working in my room and the housekeeping staff entered to clean. A lady then yelled and informed me that I wasn’t allowed to stay in the room during the cleaning and that, according to their “rules,” I had to stand in the hallway until they were done—for the safety of the housekeepers. This felt quite inconvenient and uncomfortable, especially since there had been no prior communication about such a policy. I will never stay here again and do not recommend this place to anyone—unless you're looking for an unpleasant experience.

Convenient location to the UPenn with supermarket nearby. Affordable price for a room for 3 persons.

Good for university, pretty easy to get other places too. Room was nice and clean and comfy Staff were beautiful and polite Hotel was all clean and nice, elevators to lobby and upper floors were sometimes slow.

酒店位置優越，附近有中餐廳“江南府”。開車去賓大和費城藝術博物館都很近。酒店大堂在三層，大氣上檔次；酒店一層有代客泊車團隊服務（45美元/晚，白天1-6小時是27），不另收費用，小費隨意。房間服務非常好，每天都有人打掃衞生。早餐環境優雅，品種雖然簡單但有美味的華夫餅。

最滿意的就是酒店裡有小廚房，離樓下的電影院超市和各色小餐館非常近，然後可自行購買食材烹飪。離孩子的宿舍和上課地點步行可十幾分鍾離博物館林徽因故居，還有賓大的主要學校景點也是步行十幾分鍾。安全性還是很高。

入住6天，僅僅打掃一次，多次催促做衞生，無果，再催，又推説下班了，第二天安排人徹底打掃。結果同樣的故事，還是沒人打掃。 最後衹能降低要求，換了垃圾袋和毛巾。valet停車服務倒是不錯。自助洗衣設備也還可以。

不錯，卧室和廚房/客廳分開。不是很大但很温馨。

3층에 있는 리셉션 직원이 고압적이고 상당히 친절하지 않습니다. 그리고 객실에 린스가 없었습니다. 씽크대에는 머리카락이 있어서 요리하지 않았습니다ㅡ....
