セントラナ ホテル(Centrana Hotel)

We stayed here for two nights as part of a group tour. During our entire trip this had been the worst hotel. The room was very big, large double bed. There was nothing comfortable about the room. The bed was hard. The chair was a wooden hard seat and there was wooden shelving round the room at one end. Nothing soft or inviting in the room at all. The bathroom was basic. Asked for an iron to be told there was none. The fridge turned off when you removed your key card from the slot to go out. So you came back to warm water!! The breakfast was very bad. Coffee was so strong it was undrinkable and you could not eat the bacon one morning as it was very undercooked. The room and bedding were clean if a bit worn, and the staff were pleasant which is really the only good things I could say about the place. If you can -stay somewhere else!

We stayed at Centrana Hotel with our tour group. The rooms were definitely not ready to be occupied. Shower did not work, One soap dispenser was missing and the other did not operate. We had only 1 towel for 2 people. We had to change rooms at 11 pm due to problems. Service was terrible except for the Filipino clerk who spoke English well. Yes, I know it isn't an English speaking country. However, when you serve foreign travelers, some English is expected. Breakfast was meager at best. Stay anywhere else.

Friendly staff, good location and very clean room. Clean bathroom and hot water, room spacious and cleaned each day. TV has lots of English movie channels. Good location with shopping centre 3 minutes away. Only negatives WiFi didn't work well in my room and the white clothing from my washing came back stained.

This place is a hidden gem in Phnom Penh. The location is very central and easy walking distance to the river, Royal Palace and local markets. I selected the Centrana Hotel based on other positive reviews. I was not disappointed, the room was as it appeared in website photos. The room was large and exceptionally clean. It is located on a reasonably busy street but the hotel is very quiet inside. I would stay there again and not hesitate to recommend this property to others.

Room clean, aircon worked well, tea and coffee facilities in room, wifi not great, breakfast average , close to a few facilities 1-2km walking to some scenic sights or tuk tuk if needed, atm across the road from hotel, staff were very friendly

I made few notes with the exception that breakfast was good, that I ran out of hot water because my room had it's own small hot water tank, an easy walk to the palace and riverside and that staff aimed to please.

The rooms are nice. The place is clean and with a somewhat convenient location depending on what you are looking for. A broken door lock was repaired very quickly. The staff was distant and not engaged. The answer received for an inquiry about laundry was...we don't do it. Unacceptable. Very intermittent wifi. The hotel had a very institutional feel. Almost unfriendly. No food.

Cleaning staff was good.
