poor cleanliness and service, noisy hotel

This hotel is conveniently located but I wish that the owners take a little more care of some of the details in the room like plugs that don't work, one of the appliances was out of order, the safe need attention... And some more things like the bed was very comfortable the same with the pillows and I kind of liked also the set up with a nice desk where I could put my computer and my electronic devices. Overall I will give it a B+.

Hotel bien situé pas loin des rues animées mais au calme. Bon wifi clim efficace et silencieuse tv5monde bouilloire etc La chambre est grande et lumineuse. Staff sympathique et aidant. Bref j'ai trouvé dans cet hôtel tout ce que je souhaitais !

The costumer service is nice and the location is near some shops and bars... Recommend!

I booked a deluxe room, staff gave me another room, smelled, toilet didn’t work. I complained to the staff to match my booking description, then he changed to another room much bigger, but the shower either too hot or too cold, not regulated. We complained about no one seemed to care.

The property is okay; situated close to the night market, royal palace and the river front. The AC & frigerator worked great, but the bathroom was dated. It does get noisy at night as the hotel was right across from an open bar/live singing restaurant. The price is right for the place though; safe a decent place to stay.

部屋はとても悪かったです。最初の夜はお湯が出ず、部屋の匂いがとても不快でした。衛生状態も汚くて悪かったです。翌日、フロントに「午後5時まで待ってください。私たちを起こして睡眠を妨げないでください。最初は20ドルと言われました。しかし、フロント係がシフトを変えました。女性と男性」ドアを大声でノックして、チェックアウト中だと言いました、そして彼らは私たちに30ドル請求しなければなりませんでした！ここでの請求はすべて過剰ですか?

1泊か2泊するのにとても良い

ダウンタウンのロケーションを利用して、川の近くでディナーに歩いたり、博物館、王宮、プノン寺院をチェックしたりできました。 部屋は狭いですが快適です
