Such a great resort! This is the 2nd time I have visited the resort, and the 1st time I have stayed there. The service is quick, everyone is polite and friendly, and none of us had any complaints. I would definitely come and stay there again, and I would highly recommend to families.

這次在這飯店住了八天七夜，感受服務水平有很大需要進步的地方，餐廳很少且餐點算普通，只好點外賣，不建議住太多天，三天兩夜就夠了

房間還可以，就是電梯味道好大，而且電梯裏不開空調，非常熱，房間是套間，有陽台，房間裏不放水這點不太好，沒餐食，而且希爾頓的坑爹地方就是WiFi要另外付費

Rooms are very different from photos. Bathroom is not great, I have a better tub at home. No maps of property and it’s easy to get lost. Gift shop closes too early and you’re forced to door dash because there are no stores nearby. Pull out Couch mattress felt like all springs. The table you need to move to open the bed in the living room is EXTREMELY heavy. All in all A little disappointing.

Trip was wonderful. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. We really enjoyed our stay

Rooms are outdated. Sofa bed was so uncomfortable we went and bought an air mattress from Target. Air conditioning until needed service, made a clunking noise every time it would go off/on so we slept with the balcony door open and a/c off at night. The lazy river pool area was nice and the BBQ restaurant was pretty good. Best part of the property.

After 10 pm we had to change rooms because our door broke and the air conditioning was not working. We re packed up and moved at 11pm to another average room that had smaller TV’s and remotes that didn’t work. Then Our door broke again. This hotel needs updated asap. Our tub was stained. Our carpets had red stains also. No glassware in rooms to have drinks. Just not up to the Hilton standards. The restaurant we went to had very rude wait staff. The food was awful and we barely ate. We asked for a little bit later check out because our flight was not until 3:30 but no accommodation was given for that either. Not not a very happy stay unfortunately.

Short stay room was great in everyway but there is only 1 restaurant onsite and for breakfast. Other options are a half to a mile away and not convenient but very busy.

They give us the room but was very not clean we have to go back Downgrade the room. They said will take care of resort charge bur they didn’t

Rooms were rather dated and lacked spacious rooms for a “resort.” Experience was still fairly good.

We liked the pool, the lazy river, and that the individual hotel had its own pool that was open till ten. We disliked that the rooms were a bit beat up.

Everything was great until the elevator snapped and dropped us an entire floor on the first night. Management did not contact us until we requested to contact them. Security, maintenance crew, bell hop, and reception was nice and showed sympathy towards the major incident. Hannah, Richie, Mateo, Luis, Edward and housekeeping were all great.

This additional cost for people staying was not clear. Our room was next to a generator which did make a lot of noise
