First room assigned (301) was not ready, it had someone else's belongings (piece of luggage and other personal effects), had to go back to reception, was offered second room (327), which door would not open as the lock was not functioning properly, after a couple of attempts to open door by hotel staff, we were offered a third room, downgraded from type of room booked. The whole process took 45 minutes and was frustratig to say the least.
