Some place played music for a couple of hours in the evening... Maybe charch? I could hear the voice of the hall and traffic too. So you better bring an ear plug. Plus, i couldn't close the bathroom door. It's too tight and the risk of being locked in. And no hair dryer again!!!

Bartenders were friendly and entertaining. Good choice of drinks. Breakfast was very good. Good selection of hot and cold foods.

Filthy, disgusting, never seen a room so nasty. Room wasn’t what I had reserved over phone, the bed spread had holes and was dirty, stains everywhere on floor mattresses. STAY AWAY FROM this place

Very out dated and dirty feeling. Decor was very worn. 1st room had non functioning refrigerator and no on site ice. Work space light with no bulb and no smoke detector! Coffee, instant oatmeal, and terrible muffins for the free breakfast. Flooring and paint throughout was filthy. Halls smelled of others cooking. Only stayed due to proximity to hospital. Terrible value at $200 + a night. Pet fee non published $25 a night, all rooms pet rooms. Only pro is the bed was comfortable.

Welcome to the ROACH motel! Very run down and dirty. Stayed here 3years ago, pre-pandemic, and it was a great place! This time not so much. Was told the reason the TV in the bedroom was resting against the wall was because it came off the wall and brackets weren’t in yet. I read a review from 4 months ago and the person mentioned the same thing! Light switches were filthy, some switch plate covers missing and BIG problem with ROACHES! The pest control guy inspected and sprayed our room after we ran into him on the elevator and told him and it only got worse from there. We left after 3 days of what was supposed to be an 18 night stay and that was 3 nights too long! Last time I’ll ever book a hotel without reading reviews first.

I stayed here for three nights because I could use points. Mistake. First of all, there is nothing "nonsmoking" about the entire property. The lobby, elevator, hallways and rooms all reek of ********* smoke. There was a dirty ashtray in my room when I checked in, right below the 10-point cleanliness guarantee plaque, which is ironic. When I brought it down to the front desk, I showed it to the woman and said, "This was in my room when I checked in." She said casually, "you can just put it over there" indicating the counter. I said, "Um, it's a dirty ashtray." She said, "I'm sorry about that." I said, "My room is 'nonsmoking, right?" And she said, "yeah, I'm really sorry." That was it. The clientele was dodgy. Not a family-friendly vibe at all. I could go on, but I'll leave it at that. For $50 bucks more a night you can stay at the Embassy Suites Downtown North just a few blocks away and it's sooooooo much nicer!!

The carpet was filthy. The shower caulk needs to be replaced with visible mold. The trim in room was taped in place and must be replaced. Many items are worn This room needs a makeover. There was a small in the room. Check in and immediately checked out, when they refused to refund that nights stay.

The bedroom wasn't too bad other than the bathroom door not closing properly scraping on the floor a little bit of a wear and tear the rooms could do with a little upgrade. But had a nice touch in there and it was clean. My lock on my door didn't quite work but I was able to fix that with a few screws. The lobby is outstanding though. They do a great job in caring for the floor and the presentation is superb. And they were very cordial and allowing me to store my stuff while I moved location. All in all the staff was very cordial friendly and polite. Am I stay was quite pleasant.

Reserved a 1 Suite with 2 full beds for the kids. We were looking a room that had a separate bedroom from the living room which is why we chose this hotel. If we would’ve know better, we would have gone to a different hotel. We explained we booked directly from their site and that we reserved this room type. Even though we explained and showed them the email confirming this reservation, Miguel (horrible attitude) did not care to accommodate what we reserved and paid for. Along with their rude manager… Lucia? She didn’t care at all about being hospitable. What they gave us was a non suite with one bed. Called reservations and they sent a confirmation email showing we reserved the 1 bedroom suite with 2 full beds and that didn’t even matter. They said they couldn’t do anything about it. I would avoid this place! Came to have a staycation with the fam and enjoy the pool… but that was even closed. Miguel even commented that this place is a “sh*t show” and suggested what we paid didn’t even match up to a suite. Even though it clearly stated in the email. It was lower since extended stay offered a 20% discount for joining their membership. Definitely ruined the weekend.
