The center is only about a 10-minute drive away (around 10 km), which we believe is a convenient distance for guests who want both tranquility and easy access when needed. If you prefer a livelier and more crowded area, it might be better to check carefully before booking to ensure the place matches your expectations.In addition, Our location is also close to a free public shuttle bus stop that goes to the Night Market, running every 20 minutes throughout the day until midnight — making it easy for guests to explore the center whenever they wish.As for drinking water, tea, and coffee, we provide them daily for free in reasonable quantities – similar to most 3-star hotels. If you need more, our team is always happy to assist as soon as you inform the reception directly. We truly encourage our guests to communicate any needs during their stay so that we can serve them better, rather than only sharing feedback afterward.You visited in July, which is the rainy season on the island, so it’s understandable that the resort was quieter with fewer guests. Also, since your reservation was made through an online travel agency, some details shown on their site might differ slightly from our actual services. If you contact us directly, we’re always happy to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information.Regarding breakfast, although we do not offer a buffet, we serve an à la carte menu with more than 10 options for guests to freely choose from. During the low season, this allows us to prepare fresh dishes tailored to each guest’s taste.
