Good size room and cleaned every day. Central location. The breakfast was above average and the roof top pool was nice. The staff were polite and accommodating. I would stay again and roccomend to all.

A good hotel set slightly further from the beach (but still within easy walking distance to it, as well as shops and restaurants). Rooms were nice, with good working surfaces, essential as divers with camera equipment. Stand-out was the roof-top swimming pool, adjacent to the breakfast area. This pool looks towards the sea, and is a really nice place to relax a bit.

Started out a little frustrating as my scheduled pick-up at the airport wasn't there. A phone call was made and 20 minutes later a driver arrived. It happens. I had booked directly with the hotel as it's an independent property which I like. We had agreed to a room on the 3rd floor as my previous room on the 4th was taken. Upon arrival I was given a room on the first floor which I was not very happy about. The front desk gent said he couldn't do anything about my contract for the 3rd floor room. Had I known this, I wouldn't have made the reservation. In the morning I spoke with a woman I was most impressed with, I believe her name was Sao. I explained the contractual error, showed her the email and the failure to have the driver awaiting at the airport. Not a great start. Within 30 minutes I get a call to my room, she made things happen. I was moved to room 307 as stipulated. I always appreciate and respect people that can right a wrong. She did that and over the course of my stay I really enjoyed seeing and conversing with her. Rooftop pool is fantastic. Great place to watch the sun go down. Breakfast is also up top and meets all your needs. You'll notice the 3 nice girls working breakfast are also the housekeepers. These girls work hard. I made sure to let them know I appreciated their hard work and left them tips each time I had house cleaning. I plan on staying there again and would highly recommend it. Stayed here for three nights while traveling and we had a good stay Breakfast was good rooms where clean and modern and you are supplied with clean towels for both the shower and the pool also two bottles of water and hot drink beverage and kettle. The beds are firm but comfortable we asked for extra pillows and this was not an issue. The location is a small walk from the beach and to the many restaurants and bars. I would definitely stay again and would also recommend. The only dislike I had was the staff at breakfast seem to be all stood watching you select your food which can be a little weird Overall a great stay the staff make everyone feel special so well done Resotel

We have just returned home after spending 2 weeks at this amazing hotel. We returned here for the second time after visiting last year. We were warmly welcomed back by Chay (the owner) and his team who had even given us the same room as last year 😍 The rooms are modern and kept beautifully clean by his amazing team. Breakfast was served everyday beside the infinity roof pool. Breakfast had both western and Asian foods definitely something for everyone. The hotel is on the main beach road and is a five minute walk from the beach and the centre of Kamala which has plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. We highly recommend this hotel. It's great value for money and the staff are brilliant 😍 we'll definitely be back again next year !!!

Great location. Clean. Incredibly friendly staff and owner. Best breakfast I've had in awhile. Great rooftop pool and spit to watch the sunset. Large rooms and very comfortable. Best value I could find in Phuket.

First, I landed here after an abortive trip to an awful place in Koh Lak. It took several people and multiple trips but folks helped me find it and I am very grateful. The upper floors have balconies and you can enjoy the sunset. I didn't use the upstairs pool but it was gorgeous and breakfast was VERY generous (took bad I only eat once a day after noon. Staff was very patient and helpful when I had issues with internet- my computer, not their issue. Very happy here. I love that the showers allow you to look off the balcony as well. Nice design.
