We sincerely regret that your second visit did not meet the memories you previously had of our hotel, and that multiple aspects of your experience fell short of the standards you expected. We are especially sorry to hear about your concerns with the breakfast variety and taste, the condition of the private beach area, the dated feel of the room and outdoor spaces, as well as the overall maintenance and ambience of our public areas and swimming pool. We also regret that the resort’s location and accessibility did not work well for you during this stay. At the same time, we appreciate your recognition of the quality of our Age and Dara restaurant.
