The "Worst hotel" I have come across I have been there in the month of April. I booked this hotel 1 month before, and they have given us the top floor i.e. 5TH. The worst part is that they don't even have the lift. When I reached my floor, the AC was not working, and it was too hot. There is no extension phone. I went again to the receptionist and complained about the AC, and to my surprise, she started shouting and told me to wait for 15–20 minutes. I waited, went down, and asked someone to accompany me and check. She sent her maid; she even checked, and she called the receptionist. They checked that the AC was not working and told me I do have only 1 room; you can cancel the booking, and I said where I will go; I have booked 1 month before, so you should have given me a better room on the lower floor, but she was again shouting, and when we asked to cancel from her side, she denied it. After an hour of this banter, surprisingly, she gave us one more room on the same floor. (How the hell does she generated 1 more room?) When you guys go somewhere late at night, they shut the main door at 11, although they have an RFID key with the main key. If it is not working (it was damaged for me), luckily one of the neighbours was there to open it for me. Beware Indians and Asians. Just check the other posts from Indians and Asians; they have the same complaint. They provide a compromised room for us. Please go somewhere else rather than this hotel. The room was kind of an old heritage room. They lick English; they don't know why. Additionally, the next day I had a complaint about the RFID key, and she changed it from some other room's key. It means she had many rooms, but she wanted to give the worst rooms to Indians and Asians. They should understand that if we stop coming to their country, their economy will halt. They should respect every foreigner who is coming to their hotel or country. I have been to many countries and been to many hotels, but I have never seen such a bad hotel or receptionist in my entire life. I am not talking or judging about the entire country or nation but this hotel sucks... You guys can check many comments. English is reviewed best because they lick their feet, but if you see Indian comments, they have the same pattern of comment: they give rooms to Indians in which AC doesn't work. The worst hotel with the worst rooms and service Agoda claims they give welcome drinks, which they don't, btw. Just imagine a family of three with an 8-year-old kid in a foreign city tolerating this kind of service.
