神に誓って、清潔さの面で今まで泊まった中で最悪のホテルです。ひどいもので、ホテル中が汚い臭いで充満し、通りには汚物が散乱し、ホテルの内外はひどい状態です。神のご加護があれば、これがさらにひどいことになりますが、写真とは全く違います。彼らは景色を要求したのに。どうか神様があなたにそれを見せないでください。本当に汚いです。

First time in my travel experience to come across low service standard reception. Their attitudes are there to argue and answered in an unprofessional way which have not experienced before. Breakfast and bar service at rooftop are good attitudes and providing their best service to all guests. AP from the bar and a lady for breakfast. FYI, is no longer named as Sira Grande hotel and Spa. They told me in a very unfriendly way that the name has changed to Sira Grande Hotel, went I asked about Spa.

This place was a lovely little find extremely happy with the rooms facilities and breakfast was great. My only whinge which wasn't anything to do with the hotel was the noise from the boxing stadium which sounds like your ringside this is continuous from 8:30pm to 11pm Mon, Tue, Thu, Sat & Sun so if this would be an issue for you bring earplugs or book another hotel.

الفندق مرتب ونظيف والموقع ممتاز بسبب قرب الخدمات لاكن المشكلة الوحيده الازعاج بسبب الدرجات الناريه

Отель классный, завтраки супер, сотрудники молодцы, ночевали 2 ночи, тихо, спокойно, номера конечно уже не новые, как и сам отель , но для основных целей поспать спокойно и позавтракать рекомендуем!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sira Grande Patong Hotel, and what truly made the experience exceptional was the outstanding service from the staff combined with its fantastic location. The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Patong, making everything incredibly convenient. Shops, money exchange counters, shopping malls, 7/11, restaurants, and even the beach are all within easy walking distance. Whether you want to explore, shop, or just grab something quickly, everything is just a few steps away—which made our stay so much more enjoyable and stress-free. From the moment I arrived, the reception team—Nway and Sandar—welcomed me with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests, making check-in and the entire stay seamless. The Coffee Bar, managed by Yati, was a daily highlight. The coffee was consistently excellent, and Yati’s friendly attitude and attention to detail made every visit feel special. At the Pool Bar, Moe, LiLi, Peter, and AP created such a great vibe. Their energy, friendliness, and excellent service made relaxing by the pool even better. They were always attentive and made sure guests were well taken care of. A special mention to Nay, the bellboy, who was extremely helpful and professional. He went above and beyond to assist with luggage and ensured everything was smooth from arrival to departure. Overall, Sira Grande Patong Hotel offers not only great facilities and comfort but also an unbeatable location and a team that truly cares about their guests. The service here is what makes the hotel stand out. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be coming back!

I don't understand how their rating is so low. Have stayed here multiple times. The most comfortable beds, modern rooms, great location and awesome staff.

We chose this hotel whilst we were actually staying in Phuket as the place we had booked was awful. This hotel was like a breath of fresh air. We got the hotel early to see if we could drop off out bags and it was no trouble for them at all. The concierge took our bags and stored them for us. We requested mountain view rooms (quieter) and they were happy to oblige. When we returned a few hours later the concierge took all of our bags to our rooms for us. We were so impressed there was an electronic system in which you could ask for your room to be cleaned (see pic). If you had it on do not disturb, it was not cleaned nor was anyone able to ring your doorbell. Never have I ever had that in any hotel I've stayed in. The bed in our room was absolutely huge and very comfy. The air conditioning worked very well and yes whilst the walls are a little thin, its the inconsiderate neighbour thats need blaming, not the hotel. I would agree that the room decor needs updating a little but I do feel like they're probably getting around to that and unlike every other shower we've used in thailand, the water pressure in this hotel was amazing and very hot. The included breakfast was okay. Would recommend the fresh omelette and waffles. But they had plenty of fresh fruit, sushi, western breakfast options etc as well as pasta, and more typical Thai breakfast. We did use the rooftop pool and bar. The staff were absolutely lovely and so attentive to our needs. Overall we would absolutely stay here again. Yes its not beach front but its a short walk away and whilst I would agree it does need a little updating, it feels like they're doing it slowly, yes you can smell the fish and food market at the front of the hotel but again, its not the hotels fault. We actually loved the food at the market too. So cheap and none of us got ill. Do consider this as an option if you want to feel a little luxury in Phuket.
