Muy bien

I made a list of pros and cons .horrible smell coming from air conditioning .on a main road in an industrial estate, however the transport to city is good and a short walk to metro stations. .most of the staff are lovely and speak English. .beds are so comfortable and room is clean and quiet if the window is closed. .bathroom needs an upgrade and there was no hot water. Bring your own toiletries as non are provided. .No kettle in room but has a fridge ?! . Has a pool. .breakfast was continental but doesn't meet the price, wouldn't recommend. The hotel is making improvements, it appears they were hit hard by the pandemic and only just starting to bounce back. If you like walking and need somewhere to rest your head after a long day then this hotel would be perfect for you.

During our stay in hotel Ciscar we suffered from a not working aircondition on 11 and 12 august 2023. This was a serious problem as it was very hot in the rooms (could not sleep). In the morning we filed a complaint at the reception and we were offered a free breakfast. However, this was already included in the price of our room (and so was the airconditioning!). Result: no compensation, no communication (after several emails)!! Bad experience!

Very clean and a great value. 15 min walk from subway. Not a lot of food options around the hotel. The breakfast offered by the hotel was good though. One disappointment was the pool was not open until June.

Nice, clean hotel on outskirts of Valencia. Gated parking available. Restaurant at the hotel can get noisy, if your room is above. Friendly staff. In a warehouse area, but is quiet.

La habitación adaptada muy amplia y muy cómoda. La limpieza muy bien. Las zonas comunes están muy bien cuidadas. En recepción nos resolvieron todas las dudas e inquietudes. Volveremos en verano para disfrutar del jardín y de la piscina con un buen café de la cafetería.

Viaje promovido por Turismo Social Imserso. Ha sido muy decepcionante en cuanto a las comidas y cenas. Productos de muy baja calidad. Buffet escaso, repetitivo y mal elaborado. Servicio de comedor escaso por falta de personal y puntualmente poco amable por acumulación de tareas. Nuestra habitación 111 bien . La limpieza bien y correcta.
