The hotel isn't located near anything. Not much to do but hit the ******. Room service cannot enter your room.... it's door service. Food is just ok.

酒店新開的，多倫多地區也算豪華的酒店了，裝修隔音都非常好，還有24小時的食品大排檔，中西餐都有，關鍵還好吃

Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel section was quiet, heard no noise from any neighbours. The parking for the hotel is confusing to find, signage could be a little better to help avoid confusion.

The area around has basically nothing. There is construction on the south side but it looks like it’s all warehouses in an already industrial area. Signs for parking weren’t placed the best or present enough but once you figure it out all is good. After you enter the hotel and ****** it’s actually quite nice and relaxing. Good quality rooms, amenities were very nice, lots to do. They do try to offer a lot of food options since it isn’t in a great area, however the food was meh.

The room is nice enough, but it's a work in progress. It did not cool down nearly enough, the window opening mechanism was not working, the office chair literally fell apart as it was barely screwed in, the shower-tub plug did not hold up to allow water to flow and the pillows were all one size and too bulky for those of us who like a low pillow. Unlikely to come back unless I hear about improvements.

Service was great, room was cozy and intimate. Very easy access to the ******. Overall a great stay and would recommend!

Hotel and resort were great. Only advice would be to change the pool policy. Guests are only allowed to use the pool once a day.

Size of room, Amazing. However could use a microwave considering theres not sit down breakfast spot on the resort. Some sort of breakfast place would be beneficial since there isn't one around local. Only option Starbucks which is quite pricey
