ハンプトン イン ピジョン フォージ(Hampton Inn Pigeon Forge)

The hotel is ideally situated close to the town. We had no problems parking and we found the staff at the hotel to be friendly and attentive. The room was spacious and quiet with coffee-making facilities and a good choice of television channels. There was a good choice of options at breakfast. The only two minor complaints we had were the breakfast room was quite small for the number of guests and there was no shower gel provided in the bathroom. However we had a great stay here and would definitely stay again if we ever return.

The room was very clean, but smelled bad. The fireplace was only a little blue flame maybe an inch tall. Jetted tub did even make the water surface bubble. Hotel just seemed worn out and tired. Front desk did not care, as I had booked through hotels. com.

Check in was a breeze, every front desk staff was AMAZING!!! Breakfast was good something different every day, not wow but was good and had options. Hotel was clean, had fresh towels daily upon request. On two different occasions I asked to have my room aired out because my son socks had a horrible smell and also the carpet made the room smell and feel moist which was getting us a bit sick. They aired it out with a machine both times no questions asked and immediately. Front desk was so good and the house keeping ladies were also great when I needed something.

It was a nice hotel. I don't remember when it was built, but it is fairly new. So not a lot of wear and tear on it yet. They do allow pets for a $75 fee for 2 night. It goes up after that but not sure of exact details. The breakfast was great!! Definitely one of the better breakfast spots for sure. Hot bar which is actually decent eggs, good biscuits, sausage, gravy. Then a oatmeal 'bar' & waffles with lots of toppings bar. Box and cup cereal, boiled eggs, yogurt & a great bread and muffin selection. Well worth more than the $75 a night we paid this week, but I wouldn't go for the $399 they were asking last week.

It was really good!!! We enjoyed our stay!!! The only thing was at breakfast time: not enough tables. Could use a 3rd waffle iron to help with the wait. But honestly our stay was really good!!!

The service was the only good thing about the hotel. Mildew and mold were in the shower. The room smelled musty and horrible. Kinda put a bad look on the Hilton brand considering we only stay Hilton hotels. Location was good to what we wanted but the room was the big disappointment. Breakfast was just ok we decided to go out instead as to not force ourselves to eat something that wasn’t appetizing.

Wonderful room, clean and comfortable with great views of the wheel at The Island and lights of Christmas Inn.

We had a great time. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean. They had one of the best continental breakfasts. The only downside was the bed, not as comfortable as I was hoping for.
