Travelodge by Wyndham Pigeon Forge

Got a deluxe king an it sunk spa was broke,beds made noise, so they switch us to a 2 queen that sunk floor was bad,no soap (ECT) towels.came from another motel first day after dealing with that an ***** that the pool was dirty had sand in one day they clean enough for one day dip.. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE AGAIN AN ANY MOTEL THAT HAS THIS NAME IN IT. WORST Experience EVER .THEY NEED TO SHUT IT DOWN AN CLEAN IT UP.

The bed was broken down with 1980 blankets with burn holes the room with the jacuzzi was so nasty i had to clean it 5 times before I would get in not to mention the mirrors would fog up on the side were the tub is sideways it was kinda weird felt like someone watching you it was creepy all u would hear is the door shutting but if you look next door on left it said on the room laundry room but it was only for the owners….the sheets and blankets stunk like smoke even tho it was a smoke free hotel I found a needle cap under the table , Toliet had pub hair all over in was so sick then when u go out to the sink to wash ur hands it was recycled soap from last person in a bag with dirty towels in the room and then none of the vending machines worked so lost about $10 the front desk would not refund any money what so ever I ended up renting a different hotel then had to go was all my clothes and scrub my hair 2 times because of the smell that was in the room it would make you want to puke

It was a nice hotel to stay at. Big enough for my kids and our friend that went with us.

Would not let me cancel had a family emergency and would not help me out at all so I lost my money

Our room had a musty smell and need a cleaning. The location was good as you where in walking distance from everything.

The bathtub was nasty, metal bed frame would make a awful ratchet every time you moved. Ants in the bathroom and bed. My son woke up with bite marks all over him then we found the ants. Over priced room.

The lady working the front counter was extremely rude to us and others. The Mountain View room we had was dirty, stains on bedding, bath towels, floor and ceiling, the mini fridge didn’t work, the shower has mold growing up under the caulking, the shower also didn’t get hot barely warm. And the bed. Wow what a heap of crap. My body is so sore I woke up the second night with a rash all over my body.

I didn't like the staff special the reception. He had a very s***** attitude. Ask him for an extra pillow He said the hotel did not have extra pillow Also this it the first motel That I had to pay for ice the next morning i check out around 7:00am to get ready for a craft show and the office was not even open the office didn't open to 9:00 in morning What a bunch of c*** After the craft show i return to try to get a Receive and talk to someone about my deposit Also, no luck. I won't be staying at that motel

Terrible. Smoke alarm was constantly beeping when we first arrived and the manager did not know squat about dealing with it. Bed was hard, and felt like someone punching a vent every time you sat down or rolled over. Curtains did not shut all the way thus feeling like someone could peek in. AC did not work well. Only thing good was lack of bed bugs. Stay somewhere else when in Pigeon Forge
