The room was very outdated, the furniture is very old. The mattress on the pullout sofa was very worn out to where you could feel the springs, and therefore needs to be replaced ASAP. Over all, the property is overpriced for how outdated it is.

Nice room. Stayed two nights. No one came in and emptied our trash or gave us new towels or washcloths.

Clean room with plenty of space. The property is a little dated but seems to have been upgraded recently. Staff was friendly.

This is a little bit older, but they are trying to update some things. It is clean, very convenient. Great size rooms. We would stay there again. The price was very good!

This property is in a location central to Dollywood and the attractions near there. I think the owners are remodeling as money allows. The lobby and included breakfast area have been updated. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast included 2 waffle stations. Scrambled eggs and breakfast sausage. Cereal and yogurt, mini muffins and mini doughnuts as well as bread for toast. That saves about $50 -$60 a day for 4 people. I think that this property is a good value especially for families wanting two bedrooms two bathrooms a kitchen and living area.

I will definitely recommend this place. If we were to come back again. This be the place to be at.

You can tell they’re in the process of fixing the place up but our room was clean and in good condition. Having a full size fridge and separate sitting area was very nice.

Friendly employees. Accommodation’s for the whole family to stay in a suite. Breakfast was fresh and hot every morning with multiple choices. Would definitely stay again and recommend others to stay here. Great location.

The room was clean, but dated. The beds, while advertised as Temperpedic brand, were not comfortabe, at all. The pull out couch was dilapidated, and horrible to sit in, and sleep in. A new toilet was recently installed, but not level. Did not partake in breakfast, but from what I saw, was minimalistic with little debbie style mini-donuts on a tray, two types of cereal, and waffle batter to make your own waffles. The rooms could definitely stand updated furniture!
