Same type of hotel you get for this price. Sketchy people, clogged tub, moody staff, noisy surroundings and guests, terrible parking access without any signs on how to get to the parking lot so you’ll have to figure out yourself, average breakfast. It’s just a place to save some money and sleep as bad as you can. At the location is good at Pigeon, close to everything.

It’s a good bang for your buck. Convenient to lots of things in pigeon forge. It is very tricky to get into and parking is kinda minimal at times which is the only con. Beds were comfy. Elevators were a nice touch and smelled nice (which is rare for motels). I’d stay here again.

Off the parkway far enough to not hear traffic. We were on the 3rd floor. Used stairs each time as we were in room 300 and it was right beside stairs. Room was clean and smelled great. Bed was comfortable. We had zero complaints. Hotel was a little hard to find but we were winging it old school. No gps. Lol. Great stay!

I had a wonderful stay! The staff was so kind and welcoming while checking in, the room was very clean, and the breakfast was actually tasty.

Love the location to everything. Would love to see a little better breakfast options. Powdered eggs are not any bodies favorite that I know.

The rooms are large and the location is great. However, the room had a funky smell, the carpet (which no hotels should ever have) was extremely dirty. The showerhead was lack luster, the air/heating unit was a constant on off on off which was annoying. The breakfast was sub par.

I would give this property 3 stars. The outside of building and property could use some TLC and updating. Also, the parking lot is an odd layout and is hard to get in and out of off of the main road as it is on a dead end side street with no traffic light to exit at the busy road. On the plus side, breakfast was pretty good, however there is not much seating area so it may be hard to find a seat on busy days. The room was also very clean and recently received an update, but parts of the room could still use some minor TLC and improvements.

Very nice for the price. Great location! Clean and very friendly staff. Breakfast was a nice added bonus. Only negative I have to say is the ac/heat wasnt digital thermostat controlled it was a dial that was hard to get the room to a comfortable temperature and the cleaner used in the room was a little overpowering and strong at first but after about 10 or 15 minutes in the room, you get used to it. Overall, it was a nice place to stay and I would definitely come back.

Could not get television remote to work the first night was told maintenance person had left for the night. Also holes in towels and very thin. Spoke to manager in the morning and he assured me the problem with the television would be resolved and that housekeeping would be servicing the room. We returned early evening and nothing had been done. Went down to desk and asked for a room change, was told they didn’t have one and gave me a remote to try that didn’t work. Took towels and remote back to front desk and was told she could change the room. Made change and was satisfied with the room and the way she handled the situation.
