マルガリータヴィル アイランド ホテル(Margaritaville Island Hotel)

We enjoy staying at Margaritaville island hotel when we visit Pigeon Forge. So much to do at the island and pretty much any amenity you could want! Lots of room types available!! Staff is friendly and helpful!

They were doing some work on the property so you couldn’t get to the rooms from the main lobby but that was just a minor inconvenience. Like every other Margaritaville I’ve stayed at the staff was friendly and the hotel was very nice.

The manager was amazing and when out of his way to accommodate us after we were not able to get to our cabin due to the snow. Thank you for everything

Convenience to the Island. Size of room was great and furniture was excellent. Staff was professional and helpful. Best place I ever stayed at.

Our stay was wonderful! Room was cozy, could use some updating but overall nice. Staff was kind, always asking if we needed anything.

Overall, it was very good, especially given the circumstances. There was a heavy enough snowfall that affected all of the businesses in the area, many of them closed for several days, and this also affected the staffing of the hotel. But, it’s clear they did the best they could with the staff they had on hand. I’m very happy with my stay.

We stayed over New Years and it was the best! Walk out the hotel door to fireworks ( or view from our balcony that opened up to the shops below), myriad of restaurants, shops, rides. They have a fountain show with rockers surrounding the fountain. You literally don't have to leave the property. Beds were comfy. We had a couple of issues with housekeeping but they resolved the issues immediately. Will definitely be there next year!

Great hotel in a great location. Only downfall for me was the bed was a bit stiff and pillows were way too soft, so sleeping wasn't quality. Also, just a small small thing that ordering food from onsite restaurant was a learning curve since the phone buttons weren't aligned to the restaurant.

This property is highly over rated and definitely overpriced. The first thing we noticed were the scraped up and dirty baseboards in our bathroom. The bathroom itself is TINY. There is no way a family could manage more than a day or two sharing the dimly lit and small bathroom. The room itself was large, however, the lovely furniture was showing lots of wear and tear. Bring your own cups and glasses as it is supplied only with 2 glasses and 2 coffee cups and nothing disposable. The Kureig is a nice touch and the coffee was very good. We would not recommend this property for more than an overnight stay.
