Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and updated. Would definitely recommend a stay and would return again.

The location was suoerb and the extra effort to accomodate guests with breakfast dining across the street was great!

Such a cute place. We didn’t explore beyond the room as it was a quick overnight stay. The room was clean and updated. The beds were comfy and you could tell an extra effort to make our stay enjoyable was made.my only complaint is the heating/air unit. It was super loud and made it hard to sleep

We loved it there! Older hotel that has been updated. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. Loved the fire pit. We will definitely stay again. Thank you Arbor for a wonderful time.

This place was everything I needed for a solo retreat. The room was spacious and had everything one needs. The jacuzzi was an amazing add-on for relaxing. Hot tub and heated pool were perfect at night. Walking distance from Margaritaville Island and a couple of restaurants around the area.

Great hotel and the staff were really nice and accomodating. We stayed for 3 nights and were pleased with the room conditions, the fireplace out front & the hotub. They also provided us with a fan when needed and other necessities. The only problem is the location. This hotel is located in the center of town near all the restaurants, the island at pigeon forge and entertainment which is great if your planning on walking everywhere. However getting around town in car was almost impossible with the amount of traffic there was everywhere. We also stayed here during new years eve and could not find parking when we came back from the island at pigeon forge at like 10 pm which was a little frustrating. We spoke with staff and got that sorted out which was nice. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Just wish traffic was not as crazy as it was.

One night stay but it was a great experience room was very nice and clean only thing was the bathroom sink was partially stopped up it drained very slow and the elevator was very dirty and kinda run down but other than that the hotel was wonderful I would stay again

I'd recommend this fine establishment to anyone and everyone who wants a stay at a fine resort!!!! Its a GREAT place and I'll continue to keep staying here for many more years!!!
