This hotel was so nasty! It had ********** in the bathtub and in the Jacuzzi and there was a nasty used wash rag in the jacuzzi a band-aide on the sheet please be aware of this nasty place

Staff are friendly. Rooms are pretty nice, I think the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. The back of the main door had something on it like soda spray. Beds were weird and I wouldn't stay there again unless it was free.

Was giving a unclean room had someone elses clothes in there the 2nd room we got smelled like a carton of cigarettes wall was torn up no towels never received any either pool towel either

I didn't like waking up to bedbugs and then being told because we stayed all night there would be no refund for that night. Obviously, had we know they had bedbugs, we wouldn't have stayed at ALL!!!

The condition of the room was terrible! The sink and tub were plugged up and didn't drain. There were stains and footprints on the bed linens, doors and walls. The door swing latch was missing the catch so anyone with a card reader could come in. They had tea bags but no hot water at the breakfast area. When I asked for some, the attendant was anoided and oddly stated she didn't know what tea bags were? There wasn't much of a selection there, the cereal was stale and the milk was watered down! You don't want to stay here.

Upon check in the front desk was very rude and DOES NOT CARE for the customers at all. I will never ever consider staying at Howard Johnson. The Hotel was so bad our entire group changed hotels!!

The room was not clean the tub was leaking water all over the floor. The couch in the room was dirty with stains.

When we first arrived, we got our room keys got to the room, and it was freezing the room, so of course we tried turning the heat on and no heat after trying for 20 min. Finally, they switched us rooms. Second room no better has we seen, multiple ROACHES. I do not recommend this place, at all! We will not be going back.

The pictures were misleading. It looked renovated and clean on the pictures, but it wasn’t at all like that. The pool looked spacious and clean; it was more like a shack. Floors were dirty. It was not clean at all. Food choices are very poor. Overall, very misleading information on the ad. Price paid was very high over the actual value price.
