Great room, great amenities, amazing location, but long and terrible check in service and inconveniences at the property.
Check in was horrible.
You need a key card AND a passcode. Issues with both.
We arrived exhausted at the hotel after 24 hour flight from SE Asia and the front desk service was apathetic and careless. Told us to wait while they print our room keys and we sat in the empty lobby for 20-30 minutes with luggage.
Went to the counter and she said oops I forgot to print the cards. Then prints them instantly. She was chatting with friends the entire time and playing on her phone.
******* failed to deliver the message that contained the code to the door, but all other messages went through.
Stuck outside our room and I spend 30 minutes looking for the message with the code.
We end up texting the property host. No response. Then call the property host - no answer.
Go all the way back to the lobby and the front desk said they had the code all along, but “oops” forgot to give it to us. Empty lobby.
The door lock is not responsive and it takes several tries of entering the code and using the card.
Mind you we haven’t slept in 24 hours from international travel.
Host finally texts us the next day, but was defensive and robotic and unwelcoming despite polite text messages to them. There was no “sorry I was unreachable last night”
Hotel restaurant was closed for some reason.
Laundry machines in the hotel are broken and eat your money.
